Herko are just finishing off a large ground floor extension for us. We are really pleased with the work that has been done. Communication has been excellent, and the work has gone seamlessly, with teams working 6 days a week. I would really recommend them.

We have chosen herko to do our dormer loft conversion and kitchen extension and we are very happy with our choice. their teams specialise in either one or another, so they're not multi traders, both loft and extension teams were very professional, site foreman kept us updated about the works and the project manager took care of everything so we just sat back and actually enjoyed the build. We used Herko team to design and construct our L shape dormer loft conversion, We met Andrew at the initial survey who has advised on the process, what is required and all the options that is possible for our build. As it was a big commitment to us Initially, we consulted with 5 different companies and we found Andrew the most transparent, he advises us on how adding another level will affect the fire regulations and other important topics that other companies did not even mention to us. This has really helped us to budget all the project start to finish without any unforeseen additional costs. Quote was great as they were very understanding to what we wanted and came up with good ideas. In addition, quote was very clear to understand what exactly has been included from start to finish of the project. Jude from architects’ team, was fantastic in interpreting our plans and making changes where requested, he even created a 3D visualisation plan for us to help visualise the space. Our project has been managed by Roberta and she was extremely organised she was in touch daily, and we always knew what to expect and when. As this was our first project of this size, we have been really concerned before starting the project if it will be finished on time and on our tight budget. I need not have worried – the whole project was complete within 9 weeks, we stuck to the budget and the quality of workmanship is great.

We've been wanting to do a side-return extension since we bought this house a couple of years ago but were struggling finding a partner that ticked all the boxes (value, building team, etc). When we met Herko Ltd, we were immediately seduced by the professionalism of their sales team and processes in place, and later when the work started, of their project manager and builders. The team on site (Andrew and his team) not only did a great work building the extension and making sure all looks good and secured, they were communicating with us every step of the way, making sure we knew what was going on. If I were to do a second extension, I would reuse Herko Ltd.

Herko ltd have just completed our l-shape loft extension and it is amazing, their work was completed extremely fast. All the structure was built within two weeks time! We had no issue at all, very cooperative and informative team. Extremely happy with the experience and the outcome.

We are really pleased with our new home ! Herko team has done an amazing job from initial planning stages up to completion of the build . We found the whole process well organised, well priced and management of the whole process was second to none. This was a large project herko team have removed existing loft which has been converted before we moved in to a larger L shaped loft at the same time we have done a kitchen extension and full house refurbishment. We will definitely recommend herko team to our friends as we are very pleased with end result and quality of the finish . Due to size of the project we have moved out of the property for the duration of the build as we did not want to live on the building site , but every time we did visit rubbish was always removed and felt that our house had been well respected. We started work on our loft conversion in August 2020. We had an unexpected need for planning permission which no one had anticipated but this was handled quickly and efficiently by the office. The team was professional, tidy and swift, and always informed us of everything along the way!
