“We worked with Morespace over the last few months to complete a rear kitchen / side return extension of our London terraced house and were very pleased with the way the project was run and completed. This was not our first house conversion project, but this time using Morespace we found the project was far easier and better managed due to their involvement - and with both of us working full time we found their structured timings very helpful for managing our input successfully, without any delays to the project. First and foremost they were very pleasant to work with, always clear and consistent in their approach and they worked very hard. Andy Vernon was our project lead, who was excellent. He was always available for us and kept everything moving, offering guidance where needed and kept the administration of the project under control. For the build we worked with George and his team, who were fantastic. They had such a great attitude throughout. They worked very diligently, full days (arriving early and finishing late) and on weekends when necessary to hit the weekly milestones. They combined to keep the project on time all the time. They were polite and considerate to our neighbours as well and this in turn helped to reduce any building work stresses - it’s important to keep your neighbours happy! We lived on site during the project and not only did they help set up a decent living space and reworked temporary plumbing for white goods, they were very tidy and considerate leaving the site and communal spaces as clean as possible at the end of each day, which was greatly appreciated. With regards to the project itself, we found the quotation clear and fair. They broke down the quote within the relevant sections to a ‘builders finish’ so we could work out what we needed to budget on top (kitchen / worktops / tiling etc) They were able to offer contacts of other trades who could complete the other aspects of work (bifolds & skylights etc) and we ended up using some of them and but also some of our own contacts. We also felt Morespace brought a great deal of relevant experience to the table given the number of similar projects they had run and were quick to find a solution should any unknown issues arose (in our case a complex build over of sewage pipes in garden). Most importantly, we were very happy with the finish. They worked to high internal standards and the final kitchen is exactly as we hoped and maybe more, and we are enjoying the extra space. We would certainly recommend using Morespace and would definitely use them again. Nice people, organised, experienced, diligent and skilled. All you really need.”

“Excellent service throughout - I highly recommend Plusrooms and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Three things really stand out compared to other firms we've used in the passed: Firstly, they know the work extremely well - they focus on extensions and conversions of London property and they clearly had extensive experience doing jobs exactly like ours (side-return on a victorian mid-terrace).
