About Us

London's Trusted Loft Conversion Specialists | Full Project Management
LoftCraft London is a design & build company with a difference. The company offers a range of services including Refurbishments and Extensions, however as the name suggests the company largely provides beautifully crafted Loft Conversions. The company was founded in 2014 by Jack Davey, who trained as a Civil/Structural engineer, but also had experience as a tradesman. Jack now manages and oversees the day to day activities of the company and has an excellent team who work with him, which includes Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Carpenters, Roofers, Electricians, Plumbers and so on. Our reputation has been built on delivering excellent quality at a fixed price. We aim to fill the gap between an independent builder and a large design and build company. We do this by providing a truly bespoke service. We consult with our clients on decisions and offer our expert guidance when choosing finishes and products. We've completed many projects for architects and interior designers, they really liked the way we worked and now we work together. We are based in South London, however we do cover all areas of London as we have excellent trades people in every corner of the city.
