LoftCraft London

Our kitchen extension was in need of refurbishment, but after some poor experiences with builders in the past, we had kept putting the work off and were anxious about finding a reliable builder. LoftCraft had built our neighbours’ loft, and we had been impressed by how tidy, quiet and efficient their team were. After talking to our neighbours, we felt confident choosing LoftCraft for our project. The work included refurbishing the kitchen, converting the ground-floor shower room into a toilet and utility room, replacing the bi-fold doors with sliding doors, replacing the casement windows and existing glass roof, installing two Velux windows, fitting a new kitchen, extensive electrical work and decoration. New wood flooring was also laid throughout the ground floor. Extending it into the main hall and garage conversion was outside the original scope, but the team were more than happy to accommodate this. Jack was fantastic from our first meeting through to the final snagging. He was professional, responsive, patient with my many questions and extremely knowledgeable. His attention to detail is incredible, and having Jack project-manage the work was invaluable. Chris and Mirek were outstanding. They worked incredibly hard and their skill, professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. They were also an absolute pleasure to have around. The pride they take in their work is clear in the finished result, which has exceeded our expectations. Would I recommend LoftCraft? Without hesitation. Would we use them again? Absolutely — a definite yes from us!

Absolutely delighted with our experience with LoftCraft. There is very little/nothing to fault hence brevity of review—our loft extension was completed on time (in fact, ahead of schedule), on budget, and to a very high standard. This was by far the largest building project we’ve undertaken, and we approached it with significant apprehension and anxiety based on past experiences of expectations not being met, delays or disagreements even on relatively straightforward projects. In hindsight, perhaps we simply hadn’t experienced what “good” looked like before. What stood out with LoftCraft was the precision of planning at the outset. This meant the project progressed with zero fuss, disruption or surprises, supported by clear checkpoints to review both progress and budget throughout. Jack as Director, was consistently responsive and helpful with any queries. Mirek and Chris were outstanding—their skill, professionalism and attention to detail were on another level. We’re extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend LoftCraft without hesitation.

LoftCraft undertook a major renovation for the top of our house, converting a poorly insulated roof top glass house into a solid and energy efficient structure. The renovation tool 4 months, within our estimated timeframe and budget. Any additional costs to the project were dealt with in a transparent manner. Hugh is very professional and we enjoyed working with him and the construction team. We felt that we were in safe pair of hands.

Cannot recommend enough. Our loft conversion was completed to an impeccable standard despite an ambitious schedule. Jack, the project manager, is hugely knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. John and his team on site were friendly, hard working and very tidy. They consulted with us regularly to ensure we were happy with every aspect of the build and really cared about the quality of the finished product. Worth every penny.

Hugh & his team completed our dream loft conversion and the process really was a dream. They were so accommodating & helpful, going to the ends of the earth to find the right solution for us with the design we wanted and within our budget. The loft bedroom and bathroom was done to a very high spec but was great value for money. We couldn’t be happier. The team were all so considerate and helpful, there was never any stress. We asked for a few extra build pieces to be done in other rooms and they completed them quickly and for great value. We trust Hugh & his team completely and having that safety is paramount. Highly highly recommend

John and his brother plus the other guys did a great job on our loft conversion in Chiswick. I would recommend them. Also thank you to Hugh.

It took us a long time to decide which loft company to chose having had previously bad experiences with builders. As soon as we met Jack we felt reassured as he spent the time to talk us through the process and advise. We are SO happy we decided to go with Loft Craft our builder Mitch was AMAZING. A perfectionist, reliable, neat and thoughtful. He advised us on so many little details, that being new to this, we would never have considered. Mitch was always a pleasure to have in our house and was always very respectful of our house and our neighbours. The price didn’t come up as the cheapest quote but we didn’t have any hidden extras and the Standard of their work and stressfree nature of the project makes it worth every penny. We would 100% recommended loft craft and the team to anyone.

We recently used Loftcraft for our kitchen side return and couldn’t be happier with the end result. Our Project Manager Hugh answered all our (many!) questions calmly and intelligently and was always on hand to help with any issues on site. The building team, led by Gabi, were unbelievably hardworking. We couldn’t believe how quickly the main building work was done and they were able to work around problems without any fuss. Danny, who worked on snagging at the end, worked tirelessly to get it all finished in time. We would highly recommend Loftcraft and are so happy with our new kitchen!

We used Loftcraft for our loft extension. Given our property was single story at the time, the project wasn't a standard loft extension and involved the lifting of the roof and the creation of a staircase along with the building of a new floor structure. Our planning approval took longer than usual and the end result was uncertain at the time, but nevertheless Loftcraft/Hugh continued to being helpful regarding our queries. Once we had the planning approved, Hugh helped us around how the project could be completed with minimal disruption if any to neighbours. This required patient, respectful, understanding and also resilient communication by the Loftcraft team and I must say they have done an exemplary job there to the extent that neighbours commended on their professionalism. As the project progressed further, Hugh’s structural engineering background proved to be extremely helpful in the communications with our architecture and structural engineers. Gabi and the team, guided by Hugh have done a great job in building our new floor/roof on agreed timelines and with excellent quality. The level of craftsmanship that we got from side trades that work with Loftcraft such as electrical and plumbing work has also been top quality. They also have exceptional master craftsman onboard like Daniel that has done brilliantly from first fix to final snagging. Our loft extension had constraints around the maximum head height so it required a lot of careful thinking to optimise the space. Loftcraft team were very resourceful in getting our requirements and coming up with proposed solutions. For example, for a narrow hallway, we ended up having wall embedded space saving lights, so that there was no protrusion in the already tight space. This is just one example to the countless creative solutions that Hugh, Gabi and the team came up with to create a space as per our needs. The team and all the side trades used by Loftcraft were professional, respectful, timely and great at their profession. In conclusion, our project despite all the challenges along the way was finished on time, budget with great quality and professionalism. We thank again to our project manager Hugh, the team lead Gabi and the whole team on site for their great work.

I cannot recommend the whole team at Loftcraft enough. We have a very low ceilinged early Victorian cottage but had a clear idea of what might be possible to create a usable space - Hugh and Gjulio understood what we were trying to achieve from the outset which made a big difference as it was a difficult space. We are thrilled with the results - the quality of the finished build is fantastic and the communication was excellent- nothing was too much trouble and the whole team was really responsive when we had questions. The whole team were also a pleasure to have in our home and were very respectful and considerate. They finished bang on schedule too. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for another project and to recommend them to anyone.

We have just finished a side return extension and kitchen rennovation with Loft Craft. We are delighted with how the project went and with the finished article. From the first time which I spoke to Hugh he was helpful, proactive and able to communicate technical issues clearly to me. Mirek, Chris and team who were on site worked efficiently and were always forthcoming with ideas whenever challenges arose. They worked to the timelines we discussed at the beginning of the build and held our hands every step of the way. They supported us through all discussions with neighbours and other parties involved. I feel lucky to have chosen to do this project with Loft Craft and would pick them again without a second thought. I have already recommended them to other friends who are doing extensions and will continue to do so.

When every other loft company I spoke to said my loft space was too small to convert, Jack and his team made it happen. They completed a hip to gable roof extension and the lowering of my upstairs ceilings all under permitted development. Merik and Chris were in charge of the build and were lovely and respectful of my home. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Having had decades of experience of dealing with building work done in London, it is always a rare find to get quality work done in a timely fashion for a reasonable cost. With LoftCraft every aspect was superb - project management, planning, construction, scaffolding, electric work, plumbing etc. Every subcontractor they used was very hard working and competent. I must admit that I was responsible for scope creep, adding to the job as the project progressed, however without grumble the team accommodated the moving goal posts. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the team, and the pictures speak for themselves. My PM, Hugh, was highly invested in the project and was always available to offer solutions whenever setbacks occurred. The converted loft is now the most comfortable room in the house - i only wish they had built the rest of it in the first place.

We recently hired LoftCraft London to carry out a loft conversion and bathroom renovation, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From the very beginning, the team (lead by Hugh) was professional, communicative, and truly invested in making our vision come to life. The design phase was seamless – listened to our ideas, provided invaluable suggestions, and helped us make the most out of our space. They presented creative solutions for maximizing storage, light, and functionality, especially in the bathroom where space was limited. We were blown away by how well they translated our needs into a stylish and practical design. The build phase was just as impressive. The team worked efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized site throughout. They were respectful of our home, minimizing disruptions as much as possible. Despite the complexity of the project, they finished on time and within the agreed budget, which we greatly appreciated. Any issues that arose during the project were promptly addressed, and the team’s attention to detail was impeccable. The final result is beyond what we imagined! The loft feels bright, spacious, and perfectly integrated into the rest of our home. Our new bathroom is a true showstopper – modern, luxurious, and beautifully crafted. Every fixture, tile, and finish is flawless. If you're looking for a contractor who combines creativity, craftsmanship, and professionalism, look no further. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and we highly recommend their services to anyone considering a renovation or build project. Thank you again to the entire team for making our home even better than we imagined!

It has been 2 months since our new loft was completed, and we couldn't be happier with the result. It is a non-trivial split level loft design with a main room that has cupboards for hanging space, and a lower level which is dedicated to what is now the main bathroom of the house. Hugh, from LoftCraft made the whole process, from the original quoting through to the finished product as painless as it could be. We appreciated that he listened to what we were after from the outset. His evidently significant experience in the building trade, meant that he could immediately and happily address all our upfront concerns with the project. The execution was great. LoftCraft brought on board a great building team. We knew we were in good hands when Gjulio and/or Taulant and Festim were on site. They did the majority of the work between them. We don't think we met the plumber, but we were impressed with the way he was able to connect to the existing water and central heating with no disruption and a seamless repair one day whilst we were at work. It is worth mentioning that we lived in the property for the entire project (save a 2 week holiday near the end of the build). We also brought onboard a bathroom designer, after checking that their terms were compatible with LoftCraft's. We were really impressed with how LoftCraft and the building team were able to incorporate this and work well with the designer. We can strongly recommend this team to anyone. We are planning to use their services again for remaining renovations to the house.

Delighted with the LoftCraft team and very pleased with the end result. We hope to use them again in due course for phase 2 of our plans - high praise in itself. We found the team very easy to deal with, helpful, and brimming with good ideas - made the whole process very straightforward. Highly recommended.

I am delighted to share a highly positive review for LoftCraft London, who recently completed a building project for me in Old Windsor. This experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I attribute it to the outstanding team, led by Hugh, the project manager, and John, who led the building crew. Hugh, the project manager, displayed unparalleled professionalism and expertise throughout the project. His meticulous attention to detail and clear, consistent communication made the entire process a breeze. Hugh not only listened to our ideas but also offered valuable suggestions to enhance the project. His commitment to delivering top-quality work was evident in every aspect of the job, and I couldn't have asked for a better project manager. John and his building team were equally impressive. Their exceptional craftsmanship and unwavering dedication to the project were truly outstanding. They executed the construction work with precision and efficiency, and the attention to detail was remarkable. Their pride in their work was evident, and it showed in the final results. LoftCraft London as a whole delivered a level of professionalism and commitment that exceeded my expectations. The finished project has transformed my home, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

We hired Jack and his team to build our loft conversion in early 2023. The communication from Jack was excellent and he went through all the plans prior to work starting so there were no surprises. Once work began Chris and Mirek were very responsive and involved us in all decisions. The team worked quickly and efficiently and went out of their way to cause as little disruption as possible (very appreciative as we had a new baby). Work completed far quicker than expected and to high standard. We were so impressed we asked Chris and Mirek to renovate our family bathroom once loft work was complete. Would highly recommend Loft Craft they are a great team! Thanks Jack, Chris and Mirek

Loft Craft completed an extension and downstairs rebuild on our house at the beginning of this year. We couldn’t be happier with both the service and quality of work that we received. Jack, Krzysiek, Mirek and the rest of the team are fantastic professionals and real experts in what they do. As well as getting the basics right, they anticipate any potential issues or required decisions ahead of time and are happy to provide options and recommendations if needed. The whole team are considerate when working on site, they communicate well and are happy to go over and above e.g. they repaired our side gate even though we didn’t ask them to. All of them worked really hard on the job and you can see that they take pride in what they do. The ultimate question is whether we would recommend them to others or use them again. The answer to both those questions is yes.

We had our attic converted by LoftCraft and cannot recommend them highly enough. Jack was always at the end of phone calls / emails / WhatsApp messages whenever we had queries, and was accommodating to amends. E.g. changing our minds from a window to a Juliet balcony mid-build. We had what was entirely unused space converted into a new master bedroom and en-suite and couldn't be happier with the result, or the process. They were not the cheapest (nor the most expensive) option, but were 100% the correct choice. Everything we were told would be done, was done, and by the time stated; which really helped with the stress as we were living in the house whilst the work was being carried out. Perhaps not ideal over winter but the clear and accurate information did a lot to mitigate the worries. The crew - shout out to Roma - were incredibly hard working, professional and considerate. Turning up at 8am on the dot every day without fail, and putting in a full shift every day. They even managed to work around our cats, respecting our request to not let them out the front door. How you get building materials in and out through a front door without letting cats out I will never know, but I am glad they did it. We live in a terrace and both sides were doing similar building work with other firms, which going into it was a cause for concern - but Jack handled a lot of the conversations with their builders and co-ordinated work on 3rd party walls etc. I'd definitely select them for work again, should the opportunity arise.

Loftcraft have done a brilliant job with our loft conversion and we highly recommend them. Jack listened really carefully to what mattered to us about the project and prioritised those elements from the beginning to completion. He communicated really well throughout, managed our expectations, problem solved and was transparent. The team on the ground were led by Volodymyr and they were excellent. They worked hard and efficiently and were very considerate about mess and our convenience. They have done a lovely job to a very high standard. We could not have hoped for a better experience or a better outcome. Loftcraft is truly exceptional.

LoftCraft London have been outstanding to work with. Due to my inexperience, I was very careful in my initial selection and sought out a team with a track record, as well as a project manager whom I felt was trustworthy, professional, with enthusiasm for the work. My Project Manger was Hugh; he is polite, diligent, and ever helpful with his vast experience and advice in navigating the complexities of my large loft development project. He works with an extremely hard working, very friendly, and totally professional group of builders, led by Gabi. Between Gabi and Hugh, LoftCraft transformed a derelict, dingy loft into a luxury, one-bed self contained flat within six months. It can be daunting to embark on a development project with no prior experience but LoftCraft is set up to assist throughout the entire process - from Party Wall agreements to assisting the design of the bathroom. Hugh will connect the plans with the builders (through Gabi), and Gabi will offer his hard won experience to advise on practical aspects of the build; a terrific team to work with. Communication throughout the process was seamless, with a WhatsApp group formed between Hugh, Gabi, and I. I would regularly text my questions seeking advice (from designs to flooring) and a helpful answer would always be provided. The payment mechanism was simple, fair and effective - in accordance with the contract but with flexibility where I wanted additional features added or changed. The experience was a pleasure and I am thrilled with the results, the photos speak for themselves. Thanks Hugh, Gabi, and your team, it was brilliant to have you work on this development.

LoftCraft recently completed our loft conversion. We are extremely pleased with how everything went from start to finish. Hugh and the team were extremely efficient and also guided us on each step of the project which was exactly the service we wanted. Would highly recommend and use again.

Jack and his team (a special mention to Mitch, our on-site manager, who is one of the kindest human beings and I never felt like he was intruding in our space) finished our loft extension in May last year and honestly I cannot recommend them enough. Jack is highly organised, responds to emails at any time of the day and comes with great knowledge, huge amounts of patience and calmness. The whole team were incredibly accommodating even with all our extra demands (like ripping out the carpets in the whole house and then laying the new wooden floor to an incredibly high spec, even though that wasn’t part of the loft conversion project.) The finish of the loft conversion is impeccable and we are thoroughly enjoying the extra two rooms, one of which is a guest bedroom and office and the other is a sewing room for all my fabrics. Considering how cold it is at the moment, we don’t have to heat the rooms all that much, as they are insulated so well and it keeps the rest of the house a lot warmer too. We had heard so many bad stories of building companies leaving mid project and were utterly scared choosing the right ones, so we met with a number of companies, and my gut instinct was right from the first time we met Jack. Highly highly recommend!

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys! We actually began our loft plans with an architecture firm – in hindsight, we'd have definitely come to LoftCraft straight away (if we’d known about them from get-go), as they can handle everything under one roof. Right away they demystified the whole process. They gave a clear proposed/indicative price breakdown, including stages of works, and delivered accordingly with clear communication throughout. We're extremely happy with our gorgeous new loft bedroom, ensuite and beautiful spacious roof terrace - it's transformed our first floor flat! From our first meeting Hugh was extremely approachable and helpful, and Gabi and his team did a brilliant job on the building front; good attention to details, nice guys, super-reliable/punctual and skilled (special shout-out to Gabi in that regard, who was a dream to work with!). They also decorated and made built-in wardrobes, enabling us to move our stuff straight in once it was complete. Any inevitable bumps or delays (chiefly for things like delivery of bespoke glazing, which was obviously beyond their control) were handled without fuss. Also my partner and I have very full-on day jobs, which meant that we needed longer to choose tiles etc sometimes, but Hugh and Gabi worked round it no problem. Thank you very much Hugh and Gabi and all at LoftCraft! :)

When we purchased our first home, we opted for something we liked but which required a lot of work to make it habitable, it had the potential for extension and we could do it the way we wanted it. So we have decided to undertake that work before moving in. I reached out to Jack, purely based on his online reviews. And I have also spoken to 3 other different building companies. In the end my reasons for opting for LoftCraft were simple - common sense, patience, consideration for specific requirements, pace, quality promise, and a competitive quote. This was a unique loft extension project - full re-roofing, a hip to gable alteration, rebuilding existing dormers, and adding two more dormers. We've added a bathroom upstairs, added space to existing rooms, created one additional room, while retaining the feel and style of the original house as much as we could. That was one of my primary requirements - to retain the aesthetics of the house. It's so common unfortunately these days to add (literally) a box on top of the house and call it an extension, it hurts my eyes. Now, I will be honest, in the process we have encountered some surprises which understandably an old house would throw at you. We also had to factor in some changes along the way because of my requests. All this was dealt with by Jack and the team in a professional manner and with that characteristic calm that Jack brings to a job and that you can read in most reviews here. It's worth adding as well, this was right when covid hit, and it being a challenge in itself, it was an insanely busy period for builders! I forgot to mention, my brief was to re-model the loft only, however Jack and his architect have come up with practical ideas for the ground floor too, and I ended up doing more work to the benefit of more light and comfort in our house. What I found to be most compelling about Jack and his team, was no matter what the challenge or requirement was, there was this genuine intent to go the length of getting to a concluding and satisfactory resolution for the client, from day one to the very end. With the hindsight, and one year after moving in, I am very happy with the work done and completed by Jack and his team, and would confidently and with no hesitation recommend his services.

Hugh, Mirek, Chris and the team did a great job with our small ground floor flat extension. We had the plans drawn up separately, but Loftcraft were able to pick them up after another builder fell through. We love the extra space that we now have and really appreciate the high quality of the build. The team even came back after a few months to resolve a snagging issue that had developed after they had finished. The team were very flexible with which aspects we did ourselves and we’re always happy to give advice when we were unsure. As we were living elsewhere sometimes we felt communication, particularly around progress could have been more frequent but this was only a minor concern as all in all they did a great job.

Loftcraft have done an amazing job on our loft conversion. Despite the challenges of COVID and our house being grade 2 listed the results have exceeded our expectations. Every single member of the team was friendly and polite and Jack was extremely patient with all my extra questions and queries! All our neighbours who have had loft conversions were impressed with the speed and efficiency with which or work was carried out. We would highly recommend Jack and his team.

We couldn’t recommend Hugh & John and the Loftcraft team highly enough ! From initial queries and quotes for a loft conversion to plans and delivery of the project the team were ultra professional and helpful . They went out of their way to make suggestions around maximising space within budget. The communication and collaboration was excellent . The on-site team were courteous and hardworking and when we hit a couple of inevitable glitches the team were quick to solution alongside us to resolve . We have done many building projects over the years and we definitely think the LoftCraft team are one of the best we have experienced. We would definitely use Loftcraft again for any building projects and highly recommend them.

I was looking for a loft conversion with a view to having a study, spare room and second bathroom installed. I had never done anything like this before so needed to ensure I fully trusted whoever I chose to support me through the process. Hugh and the team were excellent from the start, advising and keeping me informed at all steps of the way. The whole thing was completed efficiently and to time and I was really happy with the standard of workmanship throughout. As a team, they were great at advising to ensure you get the best out of your conversion, including finding extra space for the bathroom and suggesting a cupboard was moved to give a better result. One of the building team that works for Hugh said of him that he really wants the best for his clients and this is absolutely right. I would highly recommend them!

Huge thank you to Hugh and the team for the rear dormer that we now have. From the off, Hugh offered advise on how we could improve the architect plans, was very professional, timely responding to questions and puts you at ease. He made the entire project stress-free, dealing with any issues that arose and came around regularly to check the quality of the build, which was excellent anyway, but it gave you the confidence that you want. I would strongly recommend Hugh and his team to anyone!

It was a pleasure to work with Hugh and Daniel on our loft conversion in Clapham. Communication was always excellent and they had solutions for all the issues that arose. They were especially respectful of the fact that we were all living in the house during the work and there were no moments when it wasn't happening, as can be the experience. We would very happily recommend Daniel and Hugh to whoever else was contemplating such a project.

We appointed LoftCraft on our side return and rear extension. Jack and the team were fantastic and we would highly recommend them! Having appointed other contractors on previous projects, the quality of Jack's team really stood out. They were industrious and made sure the project was completed on time. Wherever any challenges cropped up, as they inevitably do on these projects, they talked us through the options, gave their advice and helped us quickly find solutions. Jack was wholly involved throughout and managed the project from start to finish. We are delighted with our experience.

Hugh and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish on our loft conversion and ground floor extension. They were brilliant to work with, had a wealth of knowledge and ideas, and have truly helped create our dream home. We would happily use Loftcraft again and would recommend them to anyone.

Can’t recommend LoftCraft highly enough. Jack and his team completed our loft to an exceptionally high standard of quality, they were friendly and polite at all times, punctual every day and clearly explained and worked through any issues with us. We were also able to get the benefit of their expertise in terms of dealing with the council and their thoughts on design to maximise the space and lighting. Visitors are wowed by the space and the loft looks seamless - as if it is part of the original house’s design. The pricing structure was very clear from day 1 and was very reassuring to us as we built our budget. We had no hesitation passing on their details to our friends and neighbours. Thank you Jack and team!

I worked with Jack and Eddie earlier in the spring on a dormer extension. From the get go LoftCraft and their builders: Mario and team, provided a fantastic, tailored service. As with any build there were a few bumps along the way, especially if you live in an old property like mine, but the team were great, managing expectations and being very calm under pressure. I am delighted with the space they have created for me, and would highly recommend them.

Jack and his team did a full renovation on my flat in Stockwell. They added a terrace, did a loft conversation, and fit a new kitchen. Jack was flexible to changes throughout the project and the builders and team on the site were extremely nice and considerate, very tidy too - especially as I was living in the downstairs flat throughout the build. Shout out to Roman and his team! It ran entirely on time and stayed more or less within budget. I would recommend LoftCraft London (Jack), he is really easy to communicate with especially for a novice renovator like I was. The cost was priced competitively but fairly, and was laid out so it was clear on how much the different elements cost.

We decided to use LoftCraft for our rear and loft extension. Based on architectural drawings they created an open plan living and dining area and a lovely loft space in our Victorian Terraced house in South Wimbledon. Throughout the project LoftCraft communicated with us when it came to payments, ordering of materials and instructed the builders according to our wishes. We had weekly meetups on-site and always felt understood, taken seriously and professionally treated. There was never a doubt that they would get the job done according to our expectations. There are always challenges to be expected when you work on an old Victorian house; they found safe and cost effective solutions for us and helped us making the right long term decisions. The support in finding the amazing slim line sliding rear doors and internal industrial sliding doors was amazing; they have a great network of suppliers and they helped us getting the products while delivery times were really long. We highly recommend LoftCraft and would use them again in case we move again.

Loftcraft-London did a fantastic job for us. We contemplated doing a loft conversion for many years but couldn’t figure out how to make it happen, particularly because we are not based in London. It meant a lot that we could entrust all the work to Jack. His expert support and solution focused approach from the planning stages, fixture selection, through to the completion of the project was very assuring for us. We were totally impressed with the professionalism of the team and the commitment to getting the job done. They arrived on time every day and worked very quickly. They shared pictures to show us the progress each step of the way. We were are very impressed with the quality of the finish. It is simply gorgeous. We have no hesitation recommending Loftcraft-London. We will gladly work with them again!

We could not recommend LoftCraft more highly. We have recently finished a dormer loft on our bungalow in South East London and absolutely love our new loft. If you are thinking about getting a loft conversion you will be in safe hands with LoftCraft! From the beginning Jack was amazing, we got quotes from a lot of different conversion companies and found Jack not only to be price competitive but also to have the most personal touch. He really listened to what we were after and gave helpful advice from the start - the other companies who gave quotes felt like they just wanted to do a bog standard dormer, rather than really listening to what we were after. Jack was also great at working out the best location for the stairs, to maximise the space upstairs and minimise the impact downstairs. We were nervous about the build starting, as we were both majority working from home and the stairs were going into our current bedroom - so it was recipe for a lot of stress! However we needed have worried, Mitch and his team were incredible. The craftsmanship was outstanding and they were incredibly respectful so we had no concerns having them around while we were wfh. The team were all so knowledgeable that they helped advice on things like plug & shower location etc. and had lots of useful tips throughout the build. Our neighbours have been so impressed with the speed and quality of the work that lots have asked for them to do work on their houses too! It can be daunting starting a big project but Jack or Mitch was always there or on the end of the phone to answer questions, we are so glad we decided to go with LoftCraft.

We worked with Hugh and the LoftCraft team at the beginning of 2021 to extend our Victorian terraced house and from the outset the experience was superb. The quote was comprehensive and competitively priced, the build team lead by Mirek were timely, polite and diligent and finished the project to the required spec and within the originally proposed schedule. We couldn't recommend them more.

We hired Jack/LoftCraft for our loft conversation. The entire process was smooth and really straightforward. I particularly dislike disruption/mess and noise, I was 7 months pregnant when the work started, Mitch and Catalin were very considerate, hard working and as tidy as possible. I would recommend the company.

We hired LoftCraft London to complete our extension Project, unfortunately due to a change in our personal circumstances we had to cancel the project at the last minute. However I would like to praise Jack and his company for their professionalism and excellent service. His communication and advice were brilliant, and I'd happily hire and recommend Jack’s company in the future.

We hired Loftcraft London to complete our extension project, unfortunately due to our own personal circumstances we had to cancel the project at the last minute, however we would like to praise Jack and his company for their professionalism and excellent service. I am so glad that we hired LoftCraft to complete our extension in Kingston upon Thames. From Jack the owner, down to every person on his team, the service and experience has been absolutely brilliant and we are over the moon with our new extension. Jack is very experienced, smart and solution orientated, and has a meticulous eye for detail which means he offers brilliant advice, resolves challenges efficiently, and is extremely well organised so things don't get missed or forgotten. No question was ever too much trouble. We were very impressed and grateful to his entire team (and extended tradespeople) who were all very friendly and made a particular effort to look after us (from clearing up to building temporary kitchens). Everyone genuinely cared about what they did, which resulted in extremely high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. I have already recommended LoftCraft to a number of close friends and won't hesitate to continue to do so again in the future.

Jack and his Loftcraft team just finished a hip to gable, dormer loft conversion for me. After meeting several referred builders, with disappointment, I took to the web and found Loftcraft and asked Jack to provide a quote. Speaking to a few of his clients and from meeting Jack, everything since has been smooth sailing. He has provided exceptional communication and professionalism. I wish I used his architectural services as his plans were better than my architect's. His team was great throughout and my neighbours are still impressed with the speed at which they completed the job, how clean they kept the site and how considerate and friendly they came across. They were also able to do additional jobs that were not in the contract and this flexibility is greatly appreciated. The best compliment I can pay anyone is referring them to others and I have no issues in referring Jack and hope he gets the job to do my neighbour's loft and garden extension. I would happily provide a reference at any time.

Loftcraft have just completed works at our house in Twickenham - building a large two bedroom loft and taking care of renovations on the first floor. We couldn't have been happier with Jack and his team. From our first meeting we felt we could trust Jack both in terms of his skills and experience and also, and for us more importantly, in terms of his approach to managing the project. Jack has demonstrated great integrity and efficiency throughout - always responding quickly to any questions or concerns we might have had, always happy to take the time to explain things carefully and thoughtfully. He worked very hard both to ensure his team created a beautiful loft for us and also to make sure we were comfortable with how things were progressing. His calm and knowledgable presence made a huge difference to our experience of the job. It's the third time we have done a build and we can safely say this was our best and least stressful experience. Our loft is even better than we hoped it would be. It's provided our family with the space it needed to stretch out - the kids each have their own room and we get a smart bedroom (with an en suite and a TV) to collapse in after the day's parenting is done. Very happy with the result.

I hired LoftCraft for a large loft conversion creating four rooms on top of a pub. It is an important project for me, finances are tight and I needed a good and reliable company. I am very satisfied with LoftCraft, they dealt very professionally with issues which inevitably arise in these kind of projects. Excellent communication and very good quality. Highly recommended.

From the very first quote to completion of the work the experience was fantastic. Jack was brilliant at talking us through the process, everything in his proposals and contracts was described in detail which helped avoid ambiguity and surprises along the way. Jack mentioned he only works with excellent builders and we quickly discovered it wasn't just a sales pitch when Mitch and Catalin started the work. We felt well informed throughout, were able to follow the progress, and were prompted to make decisions along the way without feeling rushed while also avoiding delays. They never cut corners or use cheap materials, kept dust and dirt to a minimum, the professionals they used (for plumbing, electricity, roofing, etc) were held to the same high standards and the end result is fantastic with all the specifics we asked for! Jack and the team were always available to answer our questions and we couldn't recommend Loftcraft enough!

Loftcraft built us a loft conversion on our London terraced property and also replaced another bathroom. They provided a professional and friendly service throughout and helped us understand the process as we had no previous experience of such work. The planning, design and build phases were all done very efficiently with good support from the project and site managers. They contained the mess and disruption well even with us living in the property throughout and not being able to have a skip outside. The decoration and finishing off phases were slow but of very high quality in the end. Overall we were delighted with the result and would definitely use this company again.

We appointed Loft Craft to carry out our loft conversion as they offered the design flexibility we required whilst enabling us to complete the project on budget. They were open to implementing my designs and creating something a little more bespoke. They have a good work ethic, are very efficient and are responsive to any problems that arise. We would be happy to recommend them.

We had our loft converted 6 months ago by Jack and his team and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They worked efficiently to a really high standard and were super considerate about keeping the house clean ect. We are thrilled with the space they have created and it’s been finished off to a high spec. We definitely recommend this company.

If you are looking for the highest quality build along with professionalism, great communication and tradesmen whom you’re happy to have in your house then look no further than Loftcraft. We are now at the end of our loft build and I can honestly say it was as easy as a major build can be. Jack guided us expertly through the entire process, dealing with our endless questions and queries with patience and with no delays. Not only is he a skilled Project Manager but can explain the big picture and the minutea to the less technically inclined of us with an ease that left us really well informed throughout the entire build. We made many decisions regarding the build based on his advice and are extremely happy with the results. We now have a fantastic space, built by experts for whom nothing was too much to ask. The builders also did a number of other jobs around the house for us during the build including repairing our roof and gutters. We are delighted by the work carried out by Loftcraft, which not only was completed within our specified budget but also ahead of time, in less than 9 weeks. We would absolutely recommend them for any build project, in fact we have already recommended them to a number of friends.

Loftcraft have just completed a loft conversion for us which we are extremely pleased with it. Jack and his team have been great to deal with. A very straightforward, professional guy, who is good to his word. We had complete confidence in him and he didn’t let us down. He has a very calm, can-do approach. We really enjoyed working with him. The team were very polite, considerate, tidy and have done a super job. We had very high standards which they were able to meet. Communication was good through the project. We highly recommend Jack and his team.
