This development has significantly increased the value of our home, so it's a wise investment, but its the value to our lives, every day, that is just the best, and we can continue to use and enjoy it for years to come. In 2012 MBC undertook the renovation of a previously converted loft so as to comply with building regulations including fitting 2 custom made staircases and fire doors throughout. 2017 and MBC were back to extend the ground floor involving relocating the kitchen and constructing a new flat roof.
