Kris has done several jobs for me in my flat since I bought it, of varying cost and complexity. He has retiled the bathroom and installed a shower (as when I moved in the bathroom was in a terrible state), completely gutted and refitted my kitchen, and is now doing a complete bathroom refurbishment for me. He has also done numerous odd jobs such as repairing windows, changing lights and installing ventilation fans. He has always been very professional, and keeps in constant contact to let me know of issues or decisions I have to make. I have always been able to trust his opinion when he has made a suggestion about how to proceed. Any workmen he hires have been polite and punctual. I have no problems leaving him in my flat unsupervised. He will always make the costs of a job clear, and recommend adding 10% for unforeseen expenses, which has always made sure I know how much I will be spending. I would highly recommend him to anyone undertaking work of any complexity, from a small tiling job to a loft conversion or building extension.

I have used Saspol many times over the last 8 years for jobs ranging from roof repairs to installing a completely new bathroom. Most recently used for chimney rebuilding and roof repairs.
