From the moment we met Sai he stood out from the other builders we had met for our quotes. We had a feeling of instant confidence in his abilities and he was able to see our vision for our property and tell us what was possible where other builders couldn't. His communication was fantastic and he was always on time when he said he would be. We had a loft conversion creating two bedrooms and an en suite as well as an extension to create a kitchen diner by bringing down a wall. Sai also installed the kitchen for us. We are ecstatic will the results of the project and are so happy we came across Sai in the building world. Sai kept and incredibly clean site that felt safe and took the fact that we were living in a building site with great consideration, trying his best (and succeeding) to keep the area clean after the day had ended so that our life was that bit easier. Even now after the project has been completed we can contact Sai with any queries we have and he always gets back in touch - a completed project still belongs to him and we appreciate that.
