TLC designed and executed a wonderful and the most beautiful loft conversion for my family recently. I must confess, I really enjoyed working with the team of builders. They are very professional in their approach to their work. Besides, all decisions were clearly communicated to us at every level of the job. The lightening speed at which they completed the whole project is unbelievable. It was such a joy working with them. The team was blessed with two exceptionally dedicated and competent carpenters ( Miki and Danny). Their work is simply stunning. Similarly, all the professionals involved in this project were simply great. The project manager, plumbers, electricians, plasterers roofers discharged their duties with dedication and a high level of professionalism. Great thanks to you all. We are now blessed with two rooms and a bathroom in the loft. I would highly recommend TLC to anyone who is contemplating having their loft converted to consult this company. Like many, I reached out to several loft building companies for a quote. However TLC stood out to me in their attention detail and also in reverting back to my enquiries promptly and with Professionalism. The person who provided the quote (Andrew Payne) also was the project manager. This helped massively for me in the communication front as there was continuity on the ton of details agreed. As part of the job, I was looking to change all the roof including the outrigger, take down 2 chimneys and replace all guttering and fascia boards. This was a big job! TLC have now completed the loft work on schedule, and the results are outstanding. My family couldn't be happier. We managed to get 2 good sized bedroom, a bathroom in the loft space, also plenty of storage. Their tradesmen have all been great and taken the time to talk about the specifics and consult me on the details. A big thank you to Andrew Payne. TLC have done everything as agreed and provide a 10 year guarantee.

After gaining a few different quotes for our loft conversion and being most impressed with Connor, we used TLC for our recent loft conversion and have been very pleased with the outcome. From the start of the job Liam who managed our build was amazing in making sure every part of it ran on time and with minimal disruption. We were unsure whether to go with one bedroom or two, so once the structure was built, Liam marked out the rooms so we could get an idea of the space. The build started in late November and the team made sure we were watertight with a new roof before Christmas. All the various teams who worked on the job including electricians, plumbers, tilers and roofers were all great and very courteous on site. Whenever there were any issues Connor was always at the other end of the phone to deal with them as quickly as possible. He also made a number of visits to site to make sure things were done to a high standard and asking for things to be corrected where he wasn't happy. We've been really pleased with the finished loft and have engaged TLC to do our rear extension as well.

We had a few quotes for our loft conversion and TLC came out as the favoured choice and during our initial meetings, it was evident that TLC is the best in the business and knew how to get the most out of the space we had in the loft. We chose the full design to décor package and would highly recommend the one-stop-shop package from TLC. From Day 1, TLC’s efficient team of builders and sub-teams that came in daily respected our property and the people living in the house and kept everything securely covered. From Matt’s building team to Charlie the electrician’s team, the plumber, roofer, the carpenters’, decorators, and the snag man that came at the end to complete all the final bits – were all super-efficient hard working and always willing to listen to you to ensure you are happy with every stage of the project. Communication was easy via a WhatsApp group set up so in case of any issues at any time of the day it was dealt with accordingly, even when it was raining heavily at 9 pm one evening and with water coming into the side of the house, Matt came and corrected the covers in the dark and slippery conditions no matter what to ensure it was watertight again. Bradley the Director and his entire TLC office staff of Andrew, Georgie, Carrie, and Charity were top-notch professionals, courteous, kept everything on track, and were great to work with, no matter what day it was, every single phone call or email was efficiently and professionally responded to. Bradley was also always available to answer questions and would go over and beyond to address any concerns from start to finish.. TLC completed our loft in a timely manner and of a high-quality standard. I would highly recommend them for your project.
