“Chris was so helpful with his advice and guidance and very patient with our ever changing ideas. He made quite a daunting process of applying for planning permission, stress free and we are looking forward to working with him further as our project gets consent and we can start.”

“Our conservatory included a kitchen, dining room/lounge with no doors & a plastic roof so we were very cold in the winter. We contacted Building Tectonics who transformed our uncomfortable space into a very light garden room by taking the walls down between the kitchen & dining room/lounge & adding a proper roof. We now enjoy cooking, eating & relaxing in a great open space”

“Alessandra supported us with our kitchen renovation. She spent with us half day at Magnet to design our kitchen, select the materials and the colours. She was very careful and detailed oriented to make sure the kitchen we were getting was exactly what we needed/wished for. Important to note that Alessandra is open find solution for what you need/wish for (different from other architects who wants to put their mark and leave their “stamp” in their designs). She did delivered not a kitchen, but what we called a master piece of art - her careful selection of colour and materials + solutions to corners and panels at the top/at the bottom to hide electrics paid off having her in that work. Everyone who comes to our house or lastly who sees our kitchen from Zoom/Skype or Team spots how beautiful it is (not only beautiful, but for us who uses the kitchen it is entirely functional, easy to clean and all sorted). Thank you Alessandra - you made us very happy and ensured lockdown could be easily managed with our new lovely and super functional (easy to clean) kitchen! Before Alessandra - red kitchen. After Alessandra - the modern, atemporal grey/blue kitchen (please see pictures).”

“Doug is fantastic. I highly recommend. His attention to detail is fantastic and had lots of great ideas on how to improve the project. Having taken the project on after we discarded our previous architects, he came in and made many crucial improvements to the project. Then managed the project through to completion really well, liaising with builder and client very effectively and professionally. He has a real passion for what he does and that comes through. We are extremely happy with the result. I'm already thinking about the next project with him.”

“Brosh Architects did an extension and complete home renovation for our semi-detached 3 (now 4) bedroom house in NW London. The level of artistic style, stunning design and bespoke comfort that Lior and his company managed to eke out of our originally very poorly built hovel is just plain incredible - every day since it feels like we've moved into something that would make Grand Designs envious that they didn't follow our project. We now have a spacious, beautiful kitchen as the heart of our home, a gorgeous, tall. full glass-backed extension with spacious roof (without blocking the neighbours right to light) with sunshine entering from all directions, a luxuriously spaced entertainment deck and 2 washrooms that are elegant, comfortable and sumptuous, All aspects were thoroughly thought through and integrated into our plans. Everything about working with Brosh Architects was a delight and a pleasure. The design phase was handled well with a deft balance of structural integrity, architectural vision and, most importantly, our comfort and needs all put together into a very reasonably priced proposal. The company worked with us and helped us through the entire process - the inevitable back and forth with planning (none of it due to Brosh Architect's designs by the way), the on-point selection presented of all the items that elevated the interior and exterior (nothing cheap and cheerful, nothing overpriced - just beautiful, good quality items to complement and enhance the design) and then the ongoing communication and holding-to-task inspection of the work of our chosen contractors and builders, including some inevitable changes where we decided on a few tweaks. It is possible to get architectural firms that ask for a cheaper rate and to get a bog-standard McCube of a house with no inspired design or peace of mind over any aspect of the process or work being done , and it's sometimes possible to be charged several times more than Brosh Architect's rate and still not end up with what you want because you're just another customer with a faceless firm (I've got friends and neighbours who've been through both). Since the architect's fees are relatively small compared to the rest of the work, it's important that you get this choice right (I truly believe Brosh Architects ended up saving us the equivalent of their fees several times over in unwanted and unexpected builders costs with their oversight and contractor inspections). We have gone through this process with absolute peace of mind and we love our house - our friends who saved on these upfront costs haven't had the same experience. The end result is that we have a home that is not just perfectly suited to us, a space who's dimensions just feel right but also a house that is stylish and elegant and has appreciated in value way more than the investment was (as confirmed by several agents we've invited along since).”

“Claudia and Kerem from A2 Studio were the interior and architectural designers for a complete overhaul of a Victorian terraced house in Harringay. Scope of works included a side return extension, opening up of the ground floor layout, new kitchen, new bathroom, addition of a new understairs toilet and a loft dormer. A2 Studio were involved in the project from start to finish, even assisting us in finding the right property to suit our requirements for a home that would feel spacious and light, yet also provide cosy and intimate areas. As a result, our renovated house offers a great space for entertaining guests downstairs, a place for kids to sleep and play on the first floor, and a large and light-filled bedroom 'away from it all' at the top of the house. New aluminium framed glazing at the back of the house was a particular focus of the rebuild, and A2 Studio provided us with great suggestions for making sure we bring in as much light as possible into every part of the house. More specifically, a large skylight in the side return extension was important in achieving this, and the ground floor feels light and open during all seasons, even on dark and gloomy winter afternoons. From the outset Claudia showed great patience and fingerspitzengefuehl to ensure all our wishes were met. She was very enthusiastic throughout the whole process and helped us with design ideas ranging from issues such as kitchen work flow to a suitable lamp for our hallway. Kerem proved to be the detail and design-oriented architect we needed to fulfill our vision. He was happy to come to our work site to supervise progress and discussed all steps of the works carried out with our builders at great length, making sure we would get the end result we wished for. We found both Claudia and Kerem to be very professional, while also being extremely approachable and pleasant to work with. They always found the time to discuss ideas with us – even if that meant adding to or overhauling our initial design scope. We would highly recommend Claudia and Kerem as interior and architectural designers, whether it is for a complete rebuild of your home or a ground floor kitchen extension.”
