It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. It was badly laid-out and draughty when we bought it for a good price. We decided to invest the saving in a new kitchen, 2nd bathroom, insulation and upgrade to modern electrics. After speaking with various builders we settled on Asset PM because of the combination of Karolina's calm sense of organisation and Robert's extensive previous build experience. The team was easy to deal with and kept us informed as the works progressed (we briefly moved out to family). One of the things that impressed us is that Asset PM honoured their original quote even though costs went up mid-way through the project due to unexpected inflation.
