“At Studio Spice we worked with Jonathan De Friend to source 400 sq m of flooring and staircase cladding for a large private residential renovation project. We were looking for something contemporary but organic. He found for us a bespoke wall to wall planks solution, using high grade ash, that was engineered in the UK, so with minimal carbon footprint. He liaised between us and the mill, oversaw installation, was excellent in coordinating timelines and installation conditions with the main contractor and made great suggestions for smaller details, such as threshold detailing and position of cuts. He also stayed in touch for a great after sales service and snagging. We will certainly be working with Jonathan again.”

Mursel was knowledged and proud of his work and the materials used were of high quality and the fitting was faultless which reflects in my high recommendation of them. I am absolutely thrilled with the floor years later. Woodcraft come in yearly to do a maintenance service to the floor which looks as good as it did when new. The maintenance was done quickly and thoroughly and the floors look stunning.”

“We have had an oak kitchen floor refreshed and re-stained to 'better than new' by Eric from Surrey Flooring Services for c £500. More recently we commissioned them to rip out the carpets and restore the pine floor boards of the ground floor of our large detached 'arts and crafts' late Victorian house. This involved some complex plank matching and replacements, infilling the gaps between the planks quite apart from a total re-sanding , staining and sealing - all executed with great attention to detail at short notice, on time and on budget for c £4,500. We strongly recommend them.”

From the start, the staff were extremely knowledgeable, helping us to chose the right product for the right budget ...and although 123 Floor were not the cheapest we could find on the market, their prices were fair and reflecting the quality of their products.
The fitter was as lovely, polite and hard working as the rest of the staff so altogether a very pleasant experience, thank you very much!

“I used ah peck flooring to re floor the entire downstairs of our home after a personal recommendation from a friend.
The service from start to finish was great- from the office manager through to the floor fitters themselves.
The whole process was explained to me very clearly at the start and the owner was very accommodating with my many questions!
Theres a vast choice of flooring in the showroom and the owner, Corey, talked me through all the different options before we decided on a final product.
I'm extremely happy with the finish of the floor- particularly as there were some quite complicated areas to work around. The workmen were also very friendly and clearly very capable.
Highly recommend the company- great service and I'm extremely happy with the final result
