“NineTen Architects were excellent from start to finish on our project - a loft conversion to a bungalow, adding master bedroom with glazed end wall, ensuite bathroom and dressing area. There were also modifications to the Ground Floor, removing a wall and (obviously) adding a staircase. Jeremy and James visited us and talked through the potential of the space, helping us to understand what was and wasn't possible, down to the details and materials. NineTen were very good at communicating and sent us a number of sets of drawings for comment, taking on board our requests at each stage and revising the drawings all the way up to a detailed set suitable for the builder to use for construction. Overall, completely satisfied and happy with the service we got from NineTen Architects and would recommend them to anyone.”

She took time to understand how we may need the house to flow within the plot and through the existing house, and created the double and single extension and reconfiguration of our small cottage in a village conservation area to double the existing footprint and create a home we love. Kate was approachable and considerate throughout the process and had a great blend of clever ideas for creating a functional space, as well as for interesting details to enhance the wow factor of the house which we would never have thought of.
