“I first asked Mark to replace a door frame and install a door. I wanted to see what Mark could do and what he is like to work with before making commitments for other work. Since installing the first door he has successfully gone on to: •Replace all doors in the home, •Install 3 sets of pocket doors, •Rearrange internal partition walls to make a new walk in wardrobe. •Lay laminate flooring, skirting and coving. Mark is great to work with. He takes my ideas, improves them and them executes an excellent job. He also listens and takes on-board ideas he’d not considered. His bespoke work is excellent – attention to detail ‘Spot on’. Not only does he provide a service to my high standards, he does it in a very relaxed and friendly way. He’s totally trustworthy; I have no worries leaving him in my home unattended. He also gets on well with my 12 year old. We always know where he is in the house because he whistles to himself while working. I’d recommend mark to undertake any activity – he’s a craftsman who seems able to turn his hand to anything.”
