“I asked Briony from Bee's Gardens to help me create a town garden from scratch. I had a good idea of the kind of design I wanted but needed someone to create a working technical landscape plan for the builders. With her designers eye Briony took my ideas and sympathetically altered them to come up with a brief which suited and enhanced the space much more than the original sketch. I found it very difficult to envisage a garden in a space where nothing existed and the 3D plans were a huge help in making everything come alive. I didn't need a planting plan but Briony's beautiful mood boards were an inspiration which fed into the final plant and tree choices. We have been delighted with the garden as it has settled in this summer and the design has been much admired. I never thought the project would turn out so well.”

“Faith provided me with a design and plant sourcing service. My garden was tired and several older shrubs where really past their best. Faith gave me the confidence to remove and replace instead of trying to work around old plants she also pointed out areas in the garden that were just not working form a design point of you and why. Which helped me justify making some radical changes and completely re-work the garden layout. She also pointed out how the larger trees in the garden needed maintenance and with Faiths team the work was carried out quickly and efficiently But the thing I found really tough was trying to understand which plants to put where and how to create the style of garden i was aiming for. This is where Faith was amazing, her plant knowledge and understanding was superb, she was instantly able to identify the sort of plants that would work for my soil and shade, and how to lay out a plan that gave interesting foliage and colour from early spring right through to autumn. Her clever design has given me a focal point and interesting paths so I can really appreciate my garden from several angles. The planting plan has provided a flow and the colour palette is exactly as I wanted. I never really appreciated how important it was to have a nice garden until now and my husband and i look out everyday and love the new space that has been created. Thank you.”

Cathy is a designer who listens carefully to her client's requirements and then turns them into well presented briefs to suit the level of budget available. “I've known Ana for two years, since I went looking for a garden designer/expert to tackle a community project (a huge double green wall to the entrance of Ancastle Green, RG9 1TR). She was one of three companies that provided me with a quote and design, and she's the one I chose. She 'got' what I was trying to achieve straight away, and had already created a smaller scale green wall in a nearby village, so I was able to see the results. The community project is still in its early stages due to local red tape, but I'm hopeful she'll be able to complete this at some point in the future. She was very understanding of the delay. In the meantime, having been so impressed, not only by her experience and professionalism, but by her warm, friendly demeanor, and lack of egotism, I contacted her for my own private project - a remodeling of my front garden. Even though this is a tiny project compared to the community one, she was happy to take it on. She went the extra mile by also providing a design of my back garden (which I had expressed my concerns about) - which was very decent of her, even though I didn't end up needing it. I love her ideas and designs for the front, and I'm extremely excited to see the results. The project is due for completion in Spring 2017. In the meantime, Ana's maintained contact and kept me abreast of materials/plants as she continues to source. I'd highly recommend her.”
