“We hired Progress Street Builders (PSBs) to build us a custom home that would provide for the needs of a severely physically disabled child, expanding family, and a more modern decorating style, all on a strict budget. Our experience with every employee at PSBs is one that embodies the definition of excellent customer service. They skillfully guided us through designing floor plans and architecture with plenty of ideas and problem-solving guidance. They patiently waited on us to work through detailed decisions and took longer with us than a typical client to design and re-design detailed floor plans to suit our special needs and future goals for our home while at the same time helping stay in budget. We are pretty particular when it comes to interior selections, designs, and finishes. But PSBs made the selections process for every detail of the interior a fun process and we are so thrilled with the gorgeous results! We could have never thought through so many special details for a child in a wheel chair without their help and expertise. The PSBs team came up with so many unique and amazing ideas! Contractor has vast knowledge of many different jobs. Hired again to replaced old crumbling brick work on front porch of my house and built a new railing. “Billy Webb is a professional, a design genius and a pleasure to work with. We hired Billy and his team to create a Hot Tub room and remodel the bath so they are attached, private and a beautiful addition to our Master Bedroom in our home. WOW! we are blown away with the amazing people that worked on the project. Every person was professional, and talented in their area and a pleasure to have in our home. The results are astounding. First, Billy is a design genius, he was able to put together a complete remodel of my bath and I never had to go to a store or spend hours looking for products or accessories. Billy interviewed me for my tastes and needs and then presented to me a layout and all of the details, including tile, cabinets, accents, mirrors, lighting, faucets and every detail down to the towel racks. There were only a few details we changed. His sense of color and style and knowledge of what is available in the industry are remarkable. His knowledge allows him to make suggestions I would never have known to ask for and I am so glad I have them in place. Details like special lighting, fans, mirrors and superb tile designs are his specialty and he creates the exact atmosphere you requested. We now have an amazing Hot tub room, screened in and attached to the master bath, so it is private just for my husband and me. Our new bath is delicious and Billy even thought of making it handicap accessible for the future when we may need this option ( making sure the door openings and entrance to the shower were set up correctly in the case of future needs) I can wholehearted recommend Billy Webb and his team. I can honestly say, Billy makes remodeling a PLEASURE!”
