His Construction Manager is highly organized with a strong attention to detail, who has a natural instinct for helping select the perfect materials and products for the job, is very effective in making things happen, and is a delight to work with. “Michael Menn designed and constructed with the help of his experienced pool of subcontractors the kitchen of my dreams in an older home that I love for both its tradition and its memories. It is a pleasure for me to come down in the morning to a space so much in keeping with the style of our home and offering me at the same time all that is in modo contemporary for the our time. Michael Menn is a gentleman who honors his word amd his contractural agreements. He was always available to me and responded promptly to any and all concerns or questions that I may have had. “Project was an addition to our dining room and porch. Our house was built in the 1920's and Greg Brehm listened to what we were trying to achieve and presented us with several options. He kept the feel of our older house and we are most pleased with the end result. He handled necessary contacts with the city to get approval for the project, and when an issue arose he took care of that as well. I have recommended him and will continue to do so when the opportunity arises.”
