We received a detailed, competitive quote and the work was completed on-time to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation recommending them or using again. “James and his team were incredibly professional throughout the project. The design ideas and the building work involved to “make them happen” were exemplary. The management and communication of expectations and price as we uncovered challenging issues with the cottage were also very clear and easy to understand from a layman perspective. With reference to COVID, the team were always very respectful of the necessary working practices and despite materials being somewhat scarce there were no delays to the completion of the project.”

“Matt and his team at Imogen Jack did a fabulous job converting an outdated and unnecessary en suite to my daughters room into a stunning extra bathroom. From the beginning of the process to the end...advice, vision, plans and execution, Matt was fabulous and he's surrounded by a great team. “Having had a nightmarish with experience with an unreliable builder on a previous project we were apprehensive of going through all that again with an extension. But we needn’t have worried Lewis Hammond was brilliant. We are very happy with the end result and during the project communication was excellent. The team were lovely, so helpful. Despite us living out of the one room downstairs whilst the house was a building site we actually enjoyed the building work project. That says a lot! There will always be unexpected delays, snags, plan changes etc during a build but Lewis is a good guy; honest, friendly and flexible so together we responded to each issue in a positive way.”

“I hired this company for the renovation of the house. I needed plumbers, elecrtrics and other types of qualified specialists. They were very kind and provided a qualified services in all areas that I needed. Also the project managers tried to find the best solution in any difficult situations and put attention at all details. Work was done on time according to timetable that was given me. I am happy a lot that I hired this company for this job and strongly recommend for everyone. If I need them in future I will definitely hire them again.”
