I spoke to someone called Nigel from this company because their system had taken payment from my account but then sent an email saying they had declined my order - So they had my money but were not sending me my goods. He spoke to me atrociously and actually put the phone down on me. I am actually still in shock that he would put a phone on a paying customer. I tried to phone them back but was put through to a lady in accounts who told me that nigel is the only person in the order team. These people are meant to be providing a service to customers instead they are rude and arrogant. Stay clear from gowallpaper! How can you take a customers money and then slam the phone down on them?

Wallpaper was badly damaged throughout. They sent a new batch of rolls. Same issue! Still trying to get a refund 3 weeks after reporting the problem.

I can now confirm that funds have now been refunded to you. Unfortunately, there have been a few technical changes going on in the background with the GoWallpaper website, as we are always trying to improve. So unfortunately this order refund was missed.

Buying wallpaper for our bedroom

We have invested in some Muriva padded effect wallpaper for our bedroom to use as a feature wall. I found the staff very helpful and listened to the advice given as our bedroom is not huge. Really pleased with this product and can't wait to see the end result.
