I spoke to someone called Nigel from this company because their system had taken payment from my account but then sent an email saying they had declined my order - So they had my money but were not sending me my goods. He spoke to me atrociously and actually put the phone down on me. I am actually still in shock that he would put a phone on a paying customer. I tried to phone them back but was put through to a lady in accounts who told me that nigel is the only person in the order team. These people are meant to be providing a service to customers instead they are rude and arrogant. Stay clear from gowallpaper! How can you take a customers money and then slam the phone down on them?

Wallpaper was badly damaged throughout. They sent a new batch of rolls. Same issue! Still trying to get a refund 3 weeks after reporting the problem.
