Many thanks for your feedback on your recent purchase with us. I’m sorry to hear that it wasn’t the experience you received from your previous order and you weren’t happy with the product. We pride ourselves on our quality, so I’m surprised that you felt this was an issue. We are always happy to reprint any items that are deemed unacceptable. We generally ask for the item to be returned to us so we can review it on receipt and ascertain the options available.
If you’re unable to return the item yourself, we are happy to organise a courier to pick it up directly from you. We would then just deduct £20 from the refund to cover the cost. Once we have received the item back, we can offer a refund if the customer would not like to go ahead with a replacement or continue to reprint the item to the correct requirement.
In regards to the colour of the image, we represent the colours on our website as close to the printed product as possible. Sometimes computer monitors can display the colours different from computer to computer, if this is a concern we suggest a bespoke sample pack which contains a colour proof that you can match the colours with.
I understand the issue has been resolved now and you have received your full refund for the canvas. Once again, I do apologise that you service you receive wasn’t to the standard you expected.
