“I called John Pannell at CertaPro in Andover to do a small job, painting several pipes and electrical boxes on our house prior to a soon-to-be done complete vinyl siding job to be done. Even though it was a small job, John provided a painter to do the job and quickly (which I needed). After the job was done, I realized one pipe running the whole height of the house was not painted on the underside. John immediately got the painter to return a few days later so it could be done before the siding crew arrived. All through the process, John replied quickly and followed up to be sure we were happy. If he responded this way in a small job, my husband and I would absolutely contact him for any future big painting jobs. CertaPro, Andover (specifically John and Kathryn Pannell, owners) provide excellent customer service.”

“This company kept appointments and met deadlines. Followed direction and were very neat and respectful. They were trustworthy and did not need to be supervised by me. The job was a 2 story cathedral ceiling upstairs bedroom ceiling that had had leak damage. Painting the dining too and living room careful detail with trim work. I have already engaged them for future work.”

“Matt and his team were outstanding every step of the way! They went over and above at every turn between our request to match some handrails to island stains, working around our presence based upon my wife being pregnant to be sure the rooms she needed access to were done first, etc. The whole crew was extremely friendly, prompt, courteous and professional. The work itself is excellent! Our house looks brand new!”

“Professional, polite, and punctual... quality of workmanship is outstanding. When I locked in and signed a contract, my start date was over a month away. I was shocked when they actually showed up on that day. These guys have clearly been doing this for a long time. They have enough equipment to have a ladder stationed at every position they'll need one... no time is wasted moving things around. And with skill, comes efficiency. I happen to be home when a door with 15-panes and external grilles was done. When you can free hand detail work with one pass making no mistakes... huge time saver. They're simply very good and what they do. I'm very pleased and would definitely hire Amazing Painting Company again.”

“We have been most impressed with John and his work. His pricing is attractive, his work is excellent. He is neat, shows up when he says he will and finishes his work on time. “Promark did an excellent job! The house looks great and everyone that comes to see it can't believe how much better it looks. Tom and Mike are very professional and they have excellent workers who were punctual and cleaned everyday after they were finished. This job was tough because of the skimming and sanding work that needed to be done (trim was stained not painted so a lot of sanding and prep work needed to be done). As I live out of town, we communicated on a regular basis and Tom and Mike were very honest in their assessment of the time the project would take and they met that timeline! After I got back in town, they came out and we went over the work and they touched up any and all items that I asked for. Great company and highly recommend them.”

“My husband and I have hired Alpha Painting multiple times over the last 10+ years to paint the exterior, interior, and deck of our home. The cost of their services is always competitive with other quotes, and usually slightly lower than most. Socrates and his crew do a meticulous job prepping, caulking and sanding before they paint, and they pay attention to every detail. They clean up every day, are polite, friendly, and very concerned that we are happy with the paint job. Many of my neighbors and friends use Alpha Painting and we've never heard a complaint. Socrates, the owner, is actually awesome about recommending colors, mixing a color to achieve an exact shade, and he has never steered us wrong. He has a natural eye for what will look good. The painters are trustworthy and we just give them a house key now if we won't be home. They are happy to move furniture or hanging pictures out of the way before they paint and are careful with our belongings. The paint looks beautiful for years after they complete a job, and whenever they're in my home for a job the painters will touch up other spots, especially on the trim, without us even asking. They're perfectionists. We cannot recommend Alpha Painting highly enough.”
