“I have hired ChrisCo Painting for the past 8 years. I’ve been a Property Manager & Construction Project Manager for the past 25 years. If I’d met Chris when I started managing properties years ago, I would never need another painter. He is an honest, reliable and conscientious person. Chris always does what he says he is going to do and finishes his jobs on time. His work is professional and pricing is either medium or low, compared to other bids I receive. He has done work in multiple locations over the years. He’s also painted several rental properties as well. As a Property Manager you are always looking for reliable, professional vendors. “We searched a variety of sources to choose three painters to estimate a complete exterior paint job for a two-story home. The successful bidder was Martin's Painting (Alejandro Martin, owner) and proved to be an excellent choice. * Alejandro is professional and easy to discuss any element of the process with. He showed up when promised, his inspection of the exterior was thorough, and his bid was detailed, complete and competitive. His license was current and clear, and he was properly insured. From the beginning to end of the job he responded quickly to text messages asking follow-up questions. * Alejandro and his crew were extremely conscientious during the project and did not cause any unease or disturbance to the residents at home during the job, or to the neighbors. * Coverage was complete and uniform (spray-roll-spray) using top-quality paint. Overspray was almost nonexistent, we found only one tiny area which is amazing given the total area painted. * Cleanup was complete. It was evident when Alejandro and his crew arrived that they took exceptional care of their equipment, and that care extended to the home and its surroundings. * Alejandro returned a week later and, without extra charge, installed a couple strips of pigeon spikes in a high corner of the roof to eliminate a messy nuisance. We spoke with Alejandro about how he is growing his fairly new business and his plans for the future. He is doing what it takes to build a solid foundation for years of success and I recommend him without reservation for any of your painting needs.”

“I have used CP Painting on a number of occasions: they painted my living room and hallways; my kitchen cabinets and most recently the exterior of my house. Their work is superb! “Marco, Jennifer, and Peter did an excellent job refinishing my cabinets and baseboards. Their bid was substantially below the other company that came out, they worked consistently, and the final product was a big improvement. The cabinets were original construction that I do not think had been refinished in the 35 years since the house was built. They had water damage, chips, scratches, and all the general wear you would expect. Refinishing only involves new coats of stain and lacquer, not wood replacement, so it does not get rid of problems below the finish layer. Peter pointed this out to me at the beginning of the job, but said the team could make them look ”well loved, like your grandmother’s cabinets.” They delivered on that promise. The final finish has an almost imperceptible marbling to the color scheme, which helps to hide imperfections without being obtrusive. It is also very slightly darker than the original, which helps it blend in with the baseboards (stained and installed separately). Marco also addressed a spot on my brick fireplace where a previous owner had slapped a brushfull of red paint. He hand-painted the brick and mortar colors over the red well enough that you can‘t tell the difference from ten feet away and have to know what you’re looking for if you’re closer. It’s a kind of fix I wouldn’t even have known to ask for. Marco has a good eye for color and contrast and likes to work creatively. If you want to show him a problem and ask for solutions, you will likely be happy with the result. If you like to micromanage or if you want something to have the “stamped out in a factory” look, he may not be as good a fit for your needs.”
