House Painters and Decorators in Harrow, Greater London

“I can honestly say I have been incredibly impressed with Novitas Decorators and, in particular, Jason’s work from start to finish. Jason did an absolutely amazing job. From the very beginning, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, especially when working around a very busy schedule across the team. Everything was organised efficiently, communication was excellent throughout, and he was always very responsive. Even before the work started, Jason took the time to discuss different paint options, recommend what would work best, and explain the pros and cons of different brands. That immediately gave me confidence that he really knew his trade and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible result rather than simply completing the job. What impressed me most was the preparation. Jason spent a considerable amount of time preparing the room properly before painting — removing fittings and lights, protecting everything carefully, and making sure the surfaces were prepared to the highest possible standard. You could really see the level of care, experience and attention to detail behind the work. His work ethic is exceptional. He is focused, organised, very clean and clearly takes enormous pride in what he does. The final result is genuinely spectacular — a beautifully clean, modern and professional finish that completely transformed the room. Interestingly, I first came across Novitas Decorators simply because I saw their van parked on our road. It was so clean, organised and professional-looking that it caught my attention. For a decorating company, I think that is probably one of the best advertisements you can have — and the quality of the work absolutely lived up to that first impression. I would highly recommend Jason and the Novitas Decorators team. The only “disadvantage” is that they are clearly very busy and in high demand — but I think that says everything about the quality of their work and the reputation they have built. If you are considering decorating or renovation work and Novitas Decorators cover your area, I would definitely recommend getting in touch with them. Professional, trustworthy, highly skilled and genuinely focused on delivering an excellent result. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to use them again — in fact, after seeing the quality of Jason’s work, I will be using Novitas Decorators again to redecorate the rest of my house.”

“Mike has been using our Epoxy Wood Repair system (Timbabuild®) for many years as an approved contractor, and we have an excellent relationship with him, as one of our most trusted advocates. For wood repairs and window refurbishments, I can say with confidence, having seen hundreds of Mikes projects, that he is one of the most skilled and diligent craftsmen you will find, as well as a thoroughly nice gentleman”
