His quote was very reasonable and he was really reliable and punctual - he turned up on the day and at the time he had said he would (plus he confirmed when he was on his way, so I knew there was no change to the plans we had made). He estimated perfectly how long the job would take and he was also very clean - when he left it was as if he had never been! But the thing that really stood out for me was how amazing his work was. The previous decorators had botched the hanging of the wallpaper, which had really upset me. But Jason hung it perfectly (and it wasn’t the easiest wallpaper to hang), bringing to life exactly how I had always imagined it should look like. I now admire it every time I walk into my bedroom. After seeking a number of quotations for our ground floor painting we chose Mike as he was responsive, friendly and knowledgeable and could fit us in before Christmas and at a fair price. He was upfront and clear about timings and the timeline stayed true till the end. The price as well stayed true to the end though prices were rising before Christmas and he chose to bear the increase and commit to the quotation. He even made a return visit before work started to help us finalize our paint choices.
