About Us

We are a family run decorating contractor company based in Rochester, Kent. With over 50 years experience between the founding proprietors. We take on all decoration projects, be it residential or commercial. We have expert wallpaper hangers who have worked with some of the finest papers on offer, airless sprayers right through to conventional decorating methods. All of our work is insured and comes with a 6 month guarantee.

Left lines on my wall. Promised twice to come back and fix them and never showed up on both occasions. Now he’s dodging my phone calls and blocking my number.

We employed QT Property Solutions to decorate our hall, landing and stairs and were very pleased with the results. The work was completed within the estimated timescales and to a high standard. Sam and his colleague were punctual, polite, efficient and tidy. We have since employed QT to paint the woodwork in a bedroom and we plan to use them again shortly to paint the outside of our property.
