Sam Talley is one of the most considerate professional builders we have worked with. It has been an absolute pleasure to have Sam manage and build our project. This has involved a kitchen/utility room extension and bathroom refurbishment. Sam makes innovative suggestions that have improved our original design. The standard of his work is first class. Sam Talley and his colleague did a fantastic, high quality balcony replacement on my 1920s semi detatched house. They removed all rotten timber where sensible, preserved what they could and sympathetically matched the next door balcony. They worked quickly and efficiently and were a pleasure to have in our family home. They went on to competitively quote for further jobs and I will most certainly call on their services again, simply because their attention to detail and high standards are second to none.

Can't speak highly enough of Sam's work. He did an amazing job building our en-suite and couldn't be happier. The quality of the work and attention to detail is first class. He was able to manage all elements of the build and co-ordinate seamlessly with other contractors. Sam is a pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend him to others.

We've used ST Building for two projects on our house (so far) and the reslults have been exceptional! Sam and his team have completely transformed our bathroom into a luxurious, hi-spec, super-tranquil oasis. And work's just been completed on a garden hideaway - a massive deck with cedar-clad walls, spotlights, sofas and twinkly lights. Just lovely. Sam and his team are perfectionists, really take pride in their work, often have ideas that are better than ours and are really nice guys - which is important but ofter overlooked. Yes, we're a tiny bit in love with ST Building. You will be too!
