Troughton Residential completed a middling renovation (new windows throughout, new flooring, new kitchen, new roof, new boiler, underfloor heating) for me which was scheduled to take 6 weeks but became delayed by Covid restrictions and lockdowns. Nevertheless they persisted: ordering equipment and materiels early in anticipation of delivery problems; chasing manufacturers; working within the rules to finish the job. Christian and Marcin are easy to work with. The estimates are accurate and any changes or alterations are agreed beforehand. I felt confident in their work, which is of a high standard. They are now working on my son's property (on my recommendation).

We worked with Christian at Troughton Residential in the planning stages of our ground floor refurbishment. He worked with us from the beginning to get plans in place, sort planning permission, to contract with builders and to find other suppliers. He kept things moving for us and ensured we got the whole thing off the ground. As a result we were able to start our project with builders we felt we could trust and with a clear idea of costs and an understanding of what we were doing. He was incredibly helpful and was always available to answer our queries. We would not hesitate to recommend Christian for project management work.

Troughton Residential took responsibility for and managed a major project for us inlvolving extensive building works ,including a kitchen extension , new bedroom and new bathrooms throughout the house . They therefore arranged the planning permission ,engaged the builders and all other contractors (eg flooring specialists and new kitchen doors / windows provider) working alongside the kitchen provider and an interior designer and even arranged for the storage of our furniture etc . This hands on approach and service was essential as it took away all the stress and pressure of having to oversee a major project and in particular managing builders and other contractors .The service provided was excellent and was provided ( refreshingly) by a very honest and straightforward individual.

We've worked with Troughton Residential for the last 3 years. We recently finished a project in Notting Hill together and we can safely say that it was an absolute pleasure working on each stage with them. Their professionalism is of the highest level and we couldn't recommend them enough.
