Classic Home Design + Construction

Our family hired Classic Home Design to build our home in 2010. We met with husband and wife team, Maura and Justin, to help design the layout of our future home. We clicked with them immediately as we all were really excited to build a geen home under 1900 sq ft. We enjoyed the time we spent editing and then finally coming to agreement on a floorplan to best meet our needs. Next the excavation and building process began which was very smooth with clear communication and skilled work being completed in a neat and timely manner. Electrician and plumbing was done by competent contracters. Along the way we were called to make decisions and sometimes persuaded in a different dirrection. We were pleased as we were able to chose everything from heating, large appliances, wall colors and cabinetry. We tried to keep everything very clean as we wanted to create a healthy environment for our son and ourselves. The end product is beautiful and amazingly efficient to run. We use minimal propane and possibly 3+ cords of wood a year for heating. We love our home and everyone who visits comments on the bright open floor plan and the wood trim and accents that make it unique and warm.
