We have worked with Tim Brown Architecture on every project we've done since launching our company in 2014. Tim and his team have an excellent eye for detail and making homes that are meticulously designed and thought out. It is often difficult to find an architect that can carefully balance the rigors of running a business while maintaining a very high level of creativity, but somehow Tim does it. I had noticed Tim's work about a year ago. Specifically, I was intrigued by the site sensitivity of the dog trot house. When Tim's own home was published, I was similarly impressed and decided I wanted to meet him to discuss having him design some production housing for my company. I have since retained Tim to design a complete collection. He has finished two designs and is working on more. We will shortly begin construction on a 2,600 square foot model home in the Sable Creek subdivision in Sanger, Texas just north of Denton. Premarket excitement for Tim's design is outstanding. Tim is the most collaborative of architects. He brings a contemporary sensibility, a respect for simple, traditional forms, a thorough knowledge of new, yet affordable materials and technology, an understanding of livability and flow, and deep commitment to energy and resource conservation.

Tim was the architect for our retirement home. I can honestly say that he built the home of our dreams. There is not one thing that I would change. I know this is because he listened to our ideas and needs for our home. Our house is not only beautiful it is also energy efficient.
