Stratus Construction Group was a joy to work with! Their work on our pre-war apartment combination and gut renovation was not only of the highest quality, but construction was completed on time and on budget. They were pleasant, patient, meticulous, clean, responsive, and communicative. They provided helpful feedback and suggestions throughout the process. We would use them again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to several friends/neighbors.

On Time - On Budget - and Spot On Craftsmanship! Ours was an older apartment that needed a complete remodeling from floor to ceiling. Stratus professionals were wonderful (and so nice!)…working through many obstacles that a 100+ year old apartment threw at them. We have recommended them to several others in our building…all with the same happy customers and BEAUTIFUL apartments.
