Diarmuid Kelly Architecture and Design was founded in 2008 to provide outstanding architecture to home owners and small business. We specialise in houses, house extensions, alterations to retail premises, office fitouts, and services related to these types of projects and buildings. We provide a complete professional service to our clients for all needs relating to their buildings; this service ranges from architectural design and procurement of building work, to Opinions in Compliance, surveys and the various administrative tasks legally required on commercial property such as Fire Safety Certificate Applications. Through a combination of design excellence and professional thoroughness we deliver outstanding value to our clients. In 2009 DKAD collaborated with fellow architect TJ Hartnett on a design for the Galway Harbour Pier Architectural Competition. Our entry was one of ten shortlisted entries from around the world. While much of our work is in the area of professional advice and services to small business, we are primarily a highly skilled design practice and this outstanding level of ability is the reason why our work adds so much value to our clients. We believe that every new architectural project is our next opportunity to excel and improve our design reputation, and we apply the same rigorous design ethos to every project we undertake.
