AZ Contracting Group was supposed to take 2-3 months to renovate my commercial property, but they had issues with subcontractors not showing up for weeks. They installed cheap cabinets, incorrect cheap flooring and used cheap paint rather than the items that I chose. ACZG inisited on a payment and then didn't complete the job; I never got the cable stair railing, front office desk and other big ticket items that I paid for. I had to hire a second contractor with crew and a handyman to work along side them. After 12 months of construction and attempting to fix errors we have slowed down the process out of emotional exhaustion. Unfortunately, I now have paint that bubbles up, granite countertops that are too large for the cabinets, quirky electrical wiring in multiple rooms, Ethernet jacks and wiring that don't work consistently, damaged door frames and doors, etc. There's too much to list. In addition, due to their suboptimal accounting methods, the invoices couldn't be reviewed for accuracy. Stay far away from Pace Jordan Morby.
