I HIGHLY recommend Christie Kenny Interiors. Christie was so easy to work with! She listens and organizes so many details its quite amazing. We enjoyed working with her so much she really was a friend to us. She was so easy to talk to and bounce ideas off that I will definitely use her again for our next housing project. We had a larger project that was initially a lot for us to mentally think about but she broke it down and made it seem so simple. Her attention to detail and making sure that your space is YOUR space really stood out to me.

Absolutely loved working with Christie and her assistant! We were looking for a full service interior designer with creative ideas, a fresh and contemporary style and quality contractors and vendors. Christy is so thorough and came up with a design plan that met our design needs. Our new space is both functional and stylish...we love it! It had been 18 years since I did any styling with our house. I was spurred into action by some damage to our walls by a bad ice dam one winter. Once that was fixed, I both needed to recarpet my entire house, and wanted to update my family room and bedroom for years, but couldn’t seem to find the direction I wanted to go in. I knew I needed some help. I started looking online for reviews about interior designers. I did look at portfolios but the most important thing to me was what clients thought about the actual designer. I feel like I might be easily swayed into accepting their style when it really might not be something that I deeply liked, because that had happened to me before. Christie Kenny’s reviews uniformly talked about how easy she was to work with, how caring she was, and about how she got to know her clients and what THEY liked and wanted. Boy, were those reviews right! And now, I can add 1 more testimonial to that list! I have been working with Christie since 2021. My original project was going to take a little while because of all the Covid delays. On top of this, I called Christie to reschedule more times than I would have ever imagined because I was taking care of my Mom and her health was failing. There seemed to always be an emergency happening. Christie was ALWAYS caring, comforting and would work around whatever was happening on my end. She is completely professional but so much more. She is also a wonderful person. She got to know me and my personal situation. She has become a good friend, but one who REALLY knows design! More importantly, she took the time and listened to me and now really knows my style and what I like! She has a great sense in knowing if I am on the fence about something and will come up with various options to choose from. At the same time, she has opened my eyes with new design ideas. I have already said this, but Christie has an absolutely great eye for design! My bedroom and family room are just stunning, and I could not possibly be happier. We even added putting a man cave together for my husband in our finished basement and he is now surrounded by all the things he enjoys! Working with Christie has been a joy. We are moving onto a new project with a guest bathroom remodel, and I am so confident that it will be a stunner, too. Christie takes really all of the worry - and certainly all of the footwork - out of the process. I actually look forward to every meeting and get together that we have. She is obviously passionate about what she does. She is very obviously so talented in her design eye and skill. But the best part of Christie Kenny Design is Christie Kenny herself. She is someone that I am so grateful I found for my house project because I also got to meet and know a really wonderful person.

As a general contractor, I have worked closely with many designers over the years. Christie and I have worked on several projects together and she is by far and away the most organized, decisive and accessible designer I have ever worked with. Her plans are well thought out and clearly written which translates to easy execution. It makes what could be a very complicated project run seamlessly which is great for me but even better for her clients. Looking forward to more of the same in the future!

Christie was recommended to us by our architect. I really needed to work with someone who could guide me on the art and science of design. I had a bit of a vision of what I wanted but didn't know how or if it would all work together. I still remember Christie saying that when you have a well designed space, people will walk in and say, "oh what a nice space" and then they will start noticing the thoughtful details and start saying "oh look at that, oh look at that". We wrapped up our project in May of 2020 and therefore no one walked into the space. As we have emerged from pandemic life and are having people in our home again, exactly what she said is happening. People say, "Oh this is nice" and then start noticing depth of details that Christie added to our vision. Christie encouraged my husband and I to make the personal choices of finishes we liked and used her talented and skilled design eye to make those choices look natural and cohesive.

Christie and team have been amazing! Although I love interior design I had no idea where to start when we bought our first home. I didn’t even know what look and feel I wanted or how to put my blurred vision together. When I contacted Christie to help with the interior of our new home, I could tell she was really listening to every word I was saying. I struggled with furniture placement, decor, and overall how to make the design of each room flow throughout the house. Everything she advised us on was perfect and watching our house come together with her expertise has been amazing. Each room has tuned out better than I could have imagined and cannot wait to see the completed producti!

Christie is great to work with - she has a "can do" attitude. She runs a very professional operation. She has excellent project management skills and collaborated very well with our builder. She has excellent design ideas that tied everything together. She is a pleasure to work with, easy going, flexible and always has a smile. I am extremely pleased with the kitchen remodel and would highly recommend her.

Christie is so wonderful to work with. I'd highly recommend her! I used another designer prior to working with her, and I didn't feel that the first one understood what I wanted, and didn't seem to care too much about the project. In contrast, Christie really took the time to understand what our style is (and actually helped develop it more), and worked hard to make the project fit our house, lifestyle, and *budget*! She is realistic and knows how to work within a budget, using lots of resources. More than that, she is a total pleasure to work with, and I'll definitely go to her again.

Christie Kenny has amazing talent and creativity! She put so much effort forth in getting to know our family including our likes and dislikes. She put her heart into creating a space that brings our family together to spend quality time in comfort and class! And she did this all within a small budget. I can't thank her or recommend her enough!

You can not go wrong hiring this woman. She did my paint colors at old house and now current house and I will continue to hire her for updates throughout the house. Worth every single penny!
