Self building a house is a terrifying, arduous, joyful wonderful, stressful experience. Having Emmet on hand to guide us seamlessly through the planning and design process was the best decision we could have made. We engaged Emmet for the design of a modern single story house in rural Mayo. Emmet designed and supervised the construction of our home, which was the renovation of a 19th century cottage and substantial extension to that. We had a very positive experience working with Emmet.
