With over 7 years of experience in the architectural field, we feel we have a responsibility to make sure the housing in the UK is getting the best in sustainability, modern design and quality of living. Every project is approached in a unique and individual way, thus delivering original solutions rather than standard, off the shelf proposals. We used Kay Moden to guide us through the remodeling and renovation of our house. We already had a fairly clear idea of what we wanted but Andrei and Cristina also added some great architectural and design ideas. Their concept design consultation provided new ideas and assisted with making important decisions at this stage. We look forward to continue design development with Kay Moden.

It was very pleasant to work with Kay Modern - a professional and very knowledgeable team. I had appointed them to provide interior design of our local church. They have developed plans to accommodate the growing number of visitors, helped us to imporve functionality of the space and interior design in order to provide the right environment for our people and guests alike. Kay Modern were very quick to respond to all my inquiries, give additional tips and advise. I highly recommend them!

The team from Kay Moden were very helpful with their renovation advice for our house in Bracknell. We absolutely love our re-designed living room, and I could’ve never thought we can fit a shower and bathtub is such a small bathroom space. Thanks for your help!

Commented: Small Victorian bathroom RedesignDepending on the budget I would suggest having a heated floor, and only tiny wall radiator for the towels. For the shower maybe use a bifold door so the access is a bit clearer
