I value clear and timely communication within a business and Mark Wray Architects are excellent at this. We were looking for a company who could create a practical yet beautiful design for our family home and also provide project management for us. Mark Wray Architects were fantastic at expanding our vision to produce a personalised, exciting space for us to live in. From planning, building design and onsite project management, Mark and Louise gave first-class advice and service. They were proactive in offering their own ideas and expertise to get the best out of our £400,000 home improvement which included extensive groundwork, a double-storey extension and loft conversion. They were happy to be onsite in London when needed to help explain to both ourselves and the building company when any issues arose. Mark Wray Architects gave a fantastic quality of service and we could not be happier on completion of our nine-month home improvement project.

We worked with Mark Wray Architects to redesign two floors of our house and a very steep garden on multiple levels. Mark and the team were great to work with - they spent a lot of time with us sketching various options to best meet our brief and helped us come up with the final design together. The team worked with us, the surveyors, engineers and builders throughout the process and were always on hand to help with any queries around materials, measurements and conducted frequent quality checks. We feel very lucky every time we go into our new kitchen, and couldn't be happier with the high quality touches that are inherent in the design. Mark and Seb did a great job with their thoughtful modernist extension to our cottage. They responded to our own ideas and needs, but went well beyond what we imagined at the start. We're now working on our second project with them.
