Ed has been a professional photographer for the last 20 years. He spent 10 years photographing at Richard Greenly Photography this gave him the perfect platform to set up on his own quickly gaining a reputation for a relaxed yet professional service. Ed can often be found in a beautiful garden at 1st light then heading off to cover a large industrial estate with his drone and pilot. Ed has also enjoyed photographing hundreds of events all over the UK and abroad as well as portraits of prominent families and royalty. With the arrival of drones and being one of the 1st pro photographers to have in house pilots we have branched out into filming as well as stills. This is very exciting for us and we have already had the opportunity to film car races, hotels, villas and racing yards all over the world. The demand for Ed’s professional, relaxed and discreet photography means he now has a small competent team of pro photographers who offer the same professional service to cover the varied work undertaken at Ed Shepherd Photography. We pride ourselves on discretion; no private pictures are ever released to image libraries or the press. This is a very strong part of Ed Shepherd Photography’s philosophy.
