About Us

Maciek Platek is a Cambridgeshire based photographer who specialises in interiors, commercial and residential architecture, and food photography. Born and brought up in Poland, Maciek’s interest in photography first started when he picked up an instant camera and realised he had natural talent for composition. Maciek has spent years perfecting his craft with both natural and artificial light and has a meticulous eye for detail. Whether he is shooting for a large commercial organisation or an individual, Maciek brings the subject to life. When not taking photos Maciek is always working on an interesting project – working with local arts organisations capturing fun events that tell a story or documenting his travels abroad from above, on land and underwater

We hired Maciek Platek to undertake photographs of the interior and exterior of our recently completed new pre-school building in St Neots. We were impressed with his work ethic and attention to detail when structuring the shots. The photographs have all been widely received by clients, consultants and peers alike with a huge selection of shots that show off Maciek's skills and eye as a photographer. We will be looking to use Maciek again in the future.

We hired Maciek Platek to complete interior and exterior photographs of our new pre-school building in St Neots. We were really impressed with his dedication and work ethic to ensure the photos were properly structured, set out and developed. The finished photographs are fantastic and we have positive feedback from clients, consultants and peers, which shows Maciek's skills and effort were worthwhile. We are looking to use Maciek again for future projects.

Maciek is a fantastic photographer, from the moment I saw his work I knew I had to use him to shoot a contemporary Potton home in Peterborough. Maciek is professional and communicated with me quickly and effectively via email to arrange the shoot. Following the photoshoot the images were sent through quickly and the quality was great too. I will definitely be commissioning Maciek for other shoots for Potton in the future and would recommend him to others.

We commissioned Maciek to shoot a new housing development in York for a brochure to market the properties. These included internal, external and drone shots. We were very happy with the results and the drone photography really set it apart.
