“We were converting our home heating from oil to gas. Interviewed a few plumbing contractors. Chose Lynbrook plumbing and Heating and am very glad we did. They are knowledgable, professional, neat and do an all around great job. The workers were top notch and Phil, the owner, could not have been more helpful as well as pleasant...always a plus for any improvement job. Any concerns of mine were immediately addressed. “If you want an honest plumber, please call Jim Seaman. Previous plumber installed my Navien incorrectly. I called (10) ten different plumbers, all them which wanted $200 just to come out for an estimate or gave me a ridiculous number to redo the piping. I found Jim Seaman on the Navien website, called him up and he came the following weekend to take a look at my problem, no charge. He assured me that the boiler was safe to use for the time being, whereas the other plumbers on the phone said it was not safe to use (without even coming to see it), and that it would blow up. Jim came the following weekend and fixed everything within half a day; re-piped boiler, diagnosed and repaired improper wiring to the boiler, new circulation pump, bled all radiators, installed hose bib and fixed basket strainer for kitchen sink. I love these guys and will be using them for any other plumbing work in the future.”

“We've been using Botto Brothers for years. They converted us from oil to gas heat and we have people come down to our basement just to look at the beautiful job they did. Honestly, it's like a work of art. Since then we've had them clean up the botched jobs of previous plumbers -- ones we've hired and ones since they first put plumbing into our 1790s house. They took out a LOT of superfluous pipe and made our system work much more fluidly. They are neat, clean, punctual (as much as possible) and professional. They are not cheap, but we've learned our lesson: you never save money with an "economical" plumber or electrician.”
