“We had an extensive job done at house - the sewer lines were flushed from the house to the street- our water tank was replaced with a tankless water heater - the technicians did an excellent job - they were efficient and courteous during this long involved installation. They advised us each step of the way thru the process. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them.”

“This past Sunday morning, after taking an unwanted cold shower, I found our water heater had done itself in. I found this company, Ideal Services, in an advertising brochure that had come in Thursday's mail...how timely. Ideal is open and operating 24/7 and they had a very good advertised special on water heater replacements. Gave them a call, said they'd have someone out between 2 and 6 pm. David called around 2:45 to say he'd be over in 40 minutes and actually pulled up with our new water heater within half an hour. Everything went like clockwork and we couldn't have been happier (especially when taking a nice warm shower the next morning!)”
