“We purchased a 1907 Victorian in San Francisco and with the typical small early 1900's bed & bathrooms, we decided to fully remodel the existing bath, add an additional en suite bath and a separate half bath. We contacted five individual plumbing companies for proposals & prices, with the expected wide variety of results. Ace came in with what ended up being a right in the middle price, not the cheapest nor the most expensive, while one company didn't even bother giving us a proposal. The project ended up taking a bit longer than we hoped, not because they were slow, mostly due to the fact that the existing plumbing was a 100+ years old. Ace ended up doing a great job on each of our new 2 1/2 baths and we couldn't be happier. The few issues that popped up, were quickly corrected and the response time was as good as could be hoped for. I will absolutely use Ace for any of my plumbing needs going forward and I'd definitely recommend them to a friend.”

“I noticed a leak under my hot water heater and called Pat O'Neill. She came by within a half hour, discovered it could not be repaired and showed me why. By the end of the day I had a new hot water heater, and only then found out it was suppose to be her day off. She just didn't want me to go over night without hot water. She checked in with me the next day to make sure everything was working well, then sent me a thank you note with a Peet's gift card in it. What plumber does that?! She is the BEST. I can't recommend her highly enough.”

“Brian and his team remodeled 2 of our bathrooms. They transformed the 2 old bathrooms into oases for relaxation!! They updated the 50 year old electrical work, installed new plumbing, replaced the insulation in the attic, tiles on the floor, mirrors on the sliding door, and replaced our windows. Our master bathroom now has the works: wall-hung sinks, heated floors, steam shower, bidet and a linen cupboard. Brian and his team were super easy and a joy to work with. Oh, and in the middle of all this, our water heater broke. Within a day, he had replaced it and we were back in business. Highly recommend his company!!”

“We called Sal on two occasions this year. Our water heater was very old and we received a bid from a large company which was quite high. I got Sal’s name from Nextdoor Neighbor where he had good reviews. He responded quickly to my call, made recommendations to make the unit run more efficiently and his price was much better than the other company. He helped pick up the new unit and installation went well. He also just helped install a new sump pump for us. He’s responsive and does good work.”

“These guys rock! I had a very tricky and difficult situation, as my main sewer lateral runs underneath a building. At first it looked impossible, but the Pipe Spy rep handled the situation beautifully, and went back twice to the City to obtain permission to reroute the line. All for a very reasonable price! I can't speak highly enough about this company. Replacing a sewer line can be a major headache, but you will not be disappointed with Pipe Spy!”
