“Woke in the morning and my boiler was off so we had no heat. Called around and everyone was too busy. Neo plumbing answered and said they will schedule for the next day, but when I said I had small children they moved things around and came out the same day. Nick was great and got my heat started the Same Day. Great fast knowledgeable and friendly!”

“I required a plumber to replace a broken kitchen faucet with a tall faucet with spray. I had read on the web that the faucet model was complicated to install. Jeanne, the office manager was efficient. She set up the appointment and emailed the documentation of insurance and license information my finicky coop required. Junior, the technician, came at his appointment time and was efficient and competent. He wore booties, so as not to track dirt into the apartment. He was meticulous .He needed to replace three valves with broken seals in order to install the sink. He carefully measured the faucet to make sure it would fit the space before he started the work. He completely cleaned up after he was finished. He gave me good advice on some other plumbing situations I had in the apartment. The faucet is seated securely, is stable, works beautifully, and the valves he replaced do not leak. Petri Plumbing is not inexpensive, but I got what I paid for. I would hire this firm again if I needed plumbing work.”
