Precision Plumbing
Plumbers in Norcross, GA
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars2 April 2015
“I had a very bad back up in my home and was quite afraid of the price due to the fact my home is 50 years old. Cody with Precision Plumbing came out that very same day to check out my system, which was such as relief since my tub was backing up very quickly. He was able to access my main clean out (I had no clue that even existed) and have the repair done within 1 hour, his price was below what several other companies quoted me and it has not happened since. I have used them several other times on many other jobs and would recommend them to everyone I know!”

Reggie the Plumber
Plumbers in Norcross, GA
Average rating: 4 out of 5 stars18 July 2014
“Reggie and his crew did a great job. He replaced all the plumbing and fixtures in my house per the requirements of my county to have low flow faucets and commodes. Before he had a chance to start the job, our water line exploded and had to be replaced. He was quick to do the job in 24 hours so we could start work on the house. I appreciate his and his assistant, Barbara, and all his crew.”

ATLANTIS PLUMBING
Plumbers in Norcross, GA
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars9 January 2018
“Atlantis Plumbing are the best – so glad to have found them. I wish I could give them 6 stars! Their scheduling personnel are professional and efficient. Their technicians are personable, very knowledgeable, and careful to clean up after service. We have used them twice this month, once for a clogged kitchen drain and then for a burst pipe in the ceiling. Then we called them to check if our tankless water heater was leaking on a Sunday because of puddle in garage (by this time we were paranoid) and the tech asked when we had it serviced last. We had never had it serviced because the plumbers that installed it never told us that it needed annual service! So now they are coming back this week to service it and set us up for annual service visits—and they did not even charge for the trip on Sunday. They are honest and reliable and explain how they are fixing your problem and what caused it. Their prices are very reasonable compared to what some of the other companies have charged us and only provided shoddy work which we had to have re-done in some cases.”
PlumbPros Plumbing
Plumbers in Norcross, GA
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars22 March 2016
“This company fixed minor plumbing issues in the house (i.e. washers, filter cleaning, etc) while they were replacing the incoming water line. They were very thorough, polite, and responded to my call very quickly. Unfortunately I have (Had, rather) an outdoor irrigation system which evidently had been installed rather haphazardly and several pipes were destroyed during the digging. It was their assessment the pipes were very dried out and brittle and really wouldn't be worth fixing as opposed to replacing. So that is a potential project for this year. They carefully made sure to 'clean up' their mess, replacing the dirt and packing it down over the pipe, picking up large rocks and moving them out of the lawn. I had water service back in the house within 5 hours of their arrival. Given time, I would get bids from other suppliers for comparison purposes. In this case, that wasn't an option.”
ZIPPY PLUMBER
Plumbers in Norcross, GA
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars18 January 2014
“I had a water spot on the ceiling of a main floor room, so I couldn't have been coming from the roof. I assumed it was coming from the upstairs laundry room, though I could find no water on the floor or drain pan. After reading great reviews of Zippy on Kudzu.com I gave Matt (the owner) a call. He came to my house that same evening with an employee. They were both very courteous. After a few minutes of investigation, he determined that leak wasn't coming from the laundry room, and determined that my girls' bathroom was actually above the room in question. He had to cut a hole in the ceiling on the main floor to investigate further and figured out that the leak was not coming from the drains or water lines, but that the tile around the tub had not been sealed properly by the builder. A bead of plumber's putty around the tub and the problem was solved. All he charged me was a nominal "consultation fee". My bigger outlay was getting the ceiling drywall patched a few days later. Matt did a great job... he's definitely my new plumber. If they allowed 10 stars on these ratings, I would have given him 10!”
