“Company was prompt and arrived when they said they would. Evaluation of our problem and discussion with us was professional and they provided different options. The person stayed all day to complete the work needed, was courteous and clean with equipment. Diamond club membership option helped saved us some money, and is worth getting.”

“I have used Standard Plumbing, off and on, for about 20 years. They recently went above and beyond what was necessary in repairing a frozen bathroom faucet handle. It turned out that the original installer had mis-threaded the handle and it corroded. They showed me exactly what had happened (so I knew it was not just Standard marking up a price.) a simple trip turned into two visits and replacement of all faucet parts. They arranged their schedule so they were here when I got the replacement parts, and charged me a very reasonable amount for the unexpected amount of work.”

“I needed to get my valve changed in my bathroom. It was quite old, and my walls are super thick cement. Twice, my plumber had to leave to purchase a part, and he even called me to determine whether I needed chrome or nickel on my trim kit. Very thoughtful, considering that it was my tile guy that left my trim off in the first place. Anyway, he was fast, did an excellent job, was super clean and very much worth their weight in gold, but not priced that way lol!”

“Derek Marsh is worth his weight in gold. He fixed a serious problem while installing a new toilet for us, a problem which had been ignored or poorly addressed by two other plumbers. He is friendly, prompt, and courteous. His wife Lonnie responded within hours to my first request for service. This is a top-notch plumbing service.”

“We have had D & F for small and large projects, some expected, some not. They have always been on time, following up on work if we have questions, and respond promptly to calls. I would also say that they may be higher in price than some others, but it's because they pay their employees a living wage and benefits. This treatment of the employees was important to us, but it also seems to come out in how seriously the employees take their work.”

“As someone who has remodeled many homes and now built one, I have found that George Morlan is my favorite place to buy bathroom and plumbing fixtures. This sentiment relates to two reasons. The first is that their selection and showroom on NW Raleigh is awesome! The products I have come to trust are ones they stock and carry. The second reason relates to their service. Chano, Derek and the others that work their are not only incredibly knowledgeable about thousands of products, but also very kind and generous with their time. I have also used Georg Morlan to service and install new water heaters for clients and the experience has been great!”

“Corneliu is a great plumber, trustworthy and thorough. He worked flexibly with me when we uncovered some problems with the client's existing subfloor. When the problem was discovered he quickly moved some water lines out of the way so we could re-frame the floor joists. I'd hire Cornel's plumbing again in a heartbeat!”
