Installation of 6 appliances, 2 sinks. Our new kitchen is truly an "Award Kitchen." Absolutely beautiful. The attention to details was superior. Considering the scope of this project, we had minimal problems, all of which, were corrected quickly. Guest bathroom was remodeled at the same time to match the kitchen...also beautiful. “KBDC designed and built a stunningly beautiful (and ideally functional) new bathroom for our traditional center hall colonial. Like other houses of its type, ours had a tiny and outmoded upstairs bath. We wanted something a little more spacious (and gave up a BR closet) and a lot more beautiful. What we got was a showplace with gorgeous materials, abundant storage, and accessibility (since we want to age in place in our home). Lorey Cavenaugh has an uncanny ability to "get" her clients. She designed for my aesthetic and needs,but her vision gave wings to my ideas. Stephanie, our project manager, became my text-buddy, available to answer every question and solve every little concern. She and Lorey oversee an amazing team of craftspeople and technicians. By the way, we are return customers: our 2008 project involved a small addition to the house, a new bath downstairs, a laundry room, and a kitchen that still takes our breath away.”
