“After a frustrating couple of years having several planning applications rejected we sought advice from the person who lived in a contemporary house we had often admired. It turned out that this was Matthew Wintersgill of W & M Architects. He went on to analyse the reasons why our applications had failed and we immediately felt he understood our requirements and how to have the design accepted by the local planning authorities. We therefore asked Matthew to design our house and he fortunately agreed. On completion we immediately won the Civic Society award and we remain delighted with the light, airy, low energy spaces that Matthew has created and considerate ourselves very fortunate to live in such a beautiful house.”

Luis is both knowledgeable and helpful in bringing your ideas to life and his team are on hand to help be it over the phone or in the design office. Cant recommend them enough for anyone considering a project big or small.”

“Spatial Design Architects designed, and project managed our full refurbishment and enlargement of our 1950's chalet style house. We required 3 areas of the house to be designed, an en-suite extension to the existing master bedroom, study and play room space and increasing the size of our lounge whilst adding a further bedroom. We required a design that was different and we are thrilled with the contemporary design, flow of the space and connection with the garden, that allows us to enjoy every part of our home for many years to come. An extremely helpful and professional team throughout the process, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Spatial Design Architects.”

“Having been refused planning twice, I have referred to Bruno of BMac Studio who was able to gain planning permission with the assistance of a pre-application which was not advise or deem necessary by the previous architect. I went on to use Bruno on my rental property and would highly recommend his services.”

John was easy to work with and implemented our requirements effectively while keeping the design refined and contemporary. The end result was a magnificent bright home with plenty of subtle architectural detailing that would not have been achieved without John's advice.
