We hired Fenlake Construction to build our single storey rear kitchen extension which was was built to an excellent standard and exactly how we wanted. The initial project only consisted of the construction of a kitchen extension but due to us being very happy with the work being delivered we then asked Fenlake Construction to carry out the kitchen fit-out as well. Rob and his team were punctual and attended Site everyday. Rob's team was very friendly and stuck to all their commitments. Rob, project managed the whole project from start to finish and managed to resolve all unforeseen problems throughout the whole process with minimal time and cost impact. All other trades such as plumbing, electrics and plastering etc. were manged effectively with minimal disruption to our day to day activities in the house. We were extremely happy with the attention to detail and quality Rob and his team put in to their work and appreciated all the advice regarding design and choice of materials that was given to us throughout the construction process. I have engaged the services of JHF for several projects, each very different and each with their own set of unique demands for flexibility, professional solutions and a definite 'complete ownership' of the project through to full completion and indeed follow-up to ensure the clients' (my personal) satisfaction. I am not an easy customer to work for as my expectations are high and I have significant trades experience myself. I will continue to use their services exclusively, as there is no reason to look anywhere else once you've found the right provider. Deadlines always met and assurance of quality never compromised here. Throughout the latter part of 2019 and early 2020, JHF managed and executed the following works for me: Totally new kitchen incl. appliances, all fixtures, complete, finished job. Office remodelling - walls moved and constructed, ceilings and lighting reworked, doors and window installations-brickwork and framing, painting, complete, finished job. (5,000 sq ft) Private exec shower room, complete construction and appliances supplied. Electrical reworks in a warehouse environment. Installation & comissioning of (6 meter overhead) heaters and fan systems. Draw curtains at height. Outdoor photo-timed security lighting systems, full premises protection. ... and a variety of miscellaneous smaller projects- all eaually professionally finished with zero defects. I will say this much: When I add an extension to my home next year I will be engaging JHF services for all the major works - no contest !”
