“Katie called me very quickly to set up an appointment to look at flooring. I know nothing about colors or designing, but Katie was patient and helped me pick out my flooring and it looks great, couldn't be happier. Everything was completed within a couple of weeks even with a delay due to unforeseen circumstances. Russ was the technician who put the floor down and it was a LOT of flooring! He was very meticulous! Very friendly, professional and did a great job. Katie then came back to evaluate the job - she went above and beyond! I am very impressed with the quality of the work and with my overall experience with FCI. Hopefully I won't have to do this again anytime soon but if I had to I would call Katie at FCI!”

“From the sales person to the installer, to the product, Mirage Engineered Brazillan Cherry hardwood flooring, everthing was top-notch. Everyone on the team was very professional. I returned to this company for my hardwood flooring needs because I had previously purchased decorative tiles from them for my two Arts and Crafts style fireplaces. The company maintains a beautiful showroom, full of ideas and inspiration. I live by the philosophy that you get what you pay for, and feel that JP Flooring lives up to my way of thinking. Having completed my total first floor remodel, I plan to continue doing business with them as I plan the remodel of two second floor baths. I highly recommend JP Flooring for complete customer satisfaction.”

“AWESOME!!! Just Awesome! I cant say enough postie things about Eric and his crew. Our floors were extremely worn and old. In addition to that we had major pet stains in and around the high traffic areas of the rooms. These guys did an amazing job completely refinishing and staining the living room, dining room and hallway. The pictures below speak for themselves but beyond that Eric and the team were very customer service oriented. Something you don't normally get from contractors. I would highly recommend Totally Floored for any hardwood project you have in the Greater Cincinnati area. Their service and especially the finished product can't be matched!!”

“My girlfriend and I had a great experience at Valvano Carpeting. Mike, the owner greeted us and helped us through our selection process by asking very specific questions. Once we decided on the carpet, we found out Mike actually installed the carpet himself! Never expected an owner to install our floor and it was seamless. This all happened within a two week process. “My remodeling company has been using Your Choice Hardwoods for over 6 years now on various projects from small touch ups and repairs to whole house refinishing. Jaime and his crew do a fabulous job everytime. They show up when they say they will, finish the job when they say they will, and charge a fair price. What else could you wish for in a sub! Jaime's knowledge of hardwood flooring is evident and he always has great sugestions on colors.”

“Simply floors installed carpet in our house in the family room and the basement. They were very helpful. We were able to take home many samples Jim was very nice he even came to our home to measure our basement for carpet and he even measured for the laminate (wood look) floor we put in ourselves. I will be using them again for my home, and would recommend Simply floors to my friends”

“We've used Mansion Hill on 2 separate occasions now are ecstatic with the results. Both times they refinished existing wood floors for us. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable about wood floors- new and old and all the guys working on the job were courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend them for anyone interested in wood floors.”

“My home was built in 1869 and I wanted a new floor for my living room, that would be fitting of the period of the house. Bluford Jackson came highly recommended by a friend who works on many high end restorations. Since the original floors were pine, this was the wood of choice, because of it's ability to take on character marks. To give an updated feel, the floor was stained black and given a satin finish. The project was completed on time and after 8 years the floor has taken on a lot of character, ie dents, scratches (active Springer Spaniel), etc., but the color and finish have held up. It is easy to maintain (damp mop) and receives compliments from all visitors, as to the beauty and of my "old" floor. In the future I plan to do more "new/old" floors in other rooms in the house.”

“They responded quickly to our email requesting more information. They set up an appointment and helped us select the carpet we needed. We had just purchased our home and moved, but wanted to replace the carpet before unpacking. They understood our needs, got the carpet ordered and installed in great time. The install crew was hard working, professional and courteous. 4 bedrooms, hallway and stairs under 5k. I would definitely use them again.”
