From the beginning they were completely professional and all the staff who I had contact with couldn't be more helpful. From the original drawings to the final plans the team were happy to make any changes I requested. “Hill House is a 16th century former farm house, the main part of which had been converted into modern living accommodation some time ago but which had an adjoining single storey outbuilding/small barn, used for storage, with the western aspect facing onto the Lyth Valley. The brief to Tim Chetham was to develop plans which would see the conversion of this outbuilding into a 2-storey development consisting of a living room and en-suite bedroom, ensuring that the new blended seamlessly with the old, and importantly, maximising the views onto the spectacular Lyth Valley. In scoping the project, Tim engaged well with us and gained a thorough understanding of our requirements. He translated our ideas, some of which were modified by his suggestions, into drawings which, when the final build was completed, exceeded our expectations by, internally, opening up the flow through the ground floor rooms, and upstairs an en-suite bedroom making effective use of the space and, importantly for us, maximising the views from both rooms. Tim met all agreed tasks on schedule and was within his quotation. We would certainly use his services again if required and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others - which we have already done!”

“Always there to give an helping hand and advice This project is a large bungalow extension and without the advice and help from Lee at LMC Architecture it would be difficult. This required careful planning not only with the design, but he helped immensely with the planning department, to which I’m very grateful. The design he put forward was just amazing. I found also with his experience and knowledge of local suppliers was a great benefit. The help he showed was extremely professional, a pleasure to work with. Once the project is complete I will be happy to up-load any photos. Mr & Mrs Bushby”

“We wanted a split level extension to our house, to be built on sloping ground. we had drawn a rough idea on the back of an envelope and John turned that into a fully formed official plan. We would fully recommend John to anyone. He was extremely helpful and explained things very clearly so that we understood the process. He turned up when he said he would, and submitted all documents on time. When we asked for a change to a plan he complied fully. We found ourselves a builder who followed his plans to the letter. Our work is now completed and we are absolutely delighted with it.”

“Alex got recommended to us, We was planning on a large double garage build with annex above and summer room. Alex came up with a fantastic design to that incorporated everything we needed. Double garage with Annex above. En-suite up stairs, down stairs WC and 7x7m summer room. Alex helped not only with the design, but the planning application and the structural calcs needed. As we wanted to maximise the view we have at the rear of the build a lot of steel was needed as we wanted a triangle gable end window. This was not an everyday build due to this and needed to be done correctly, having Alex arrange everything made this a very smooth process when it could easily of been a nightmare. We highly recommend Alex and his team of people. Peter”
