He was resolutely professional & provided clear communication throughout the necessary adjustments. During the installation, the SQ1 team was extremely conscientious, paying meticulous attention to detail. as if working on a kitchen in their own house, which was reassuring. Of all the tradesmen working on the house, they were definitely the tidiest! The end result is a triumph - frequently complimented (particularly the very special concealed drawers), and a pleasure to admire every time I walk in the room. Designing storage for 4 of my alcove areas he liaised with me to come up with a well designed and thought out product that since installation I have had many friends, family and colleagues asking for his contact details (which I gave instantly). His attention to detail is next to none and his problem solving solutions (when my house presented issues to the furniture) were solved within minutes and even improved my walls! He discussed with us ways to get the solution we wanted within our budget and though I am a big believer that you get what you pay for, we certainly did and some. “Over a period of a couple of years, I had Jason at Studio Loci come back and complete several projects on my home, he: - fitted a beautiful oak parquet floor - installed a new staircase and banister - replaced an existing bay extension with a solid oak one, including double doors and a glass roof - installed an ethically sourced South American hardwood deck. “Jonno has an wonderful combination of CAD design and practical furniture making skills. We made a commitment to bespoke fitted furniture for every room of our new house, while the house was still being built. Jonno created a virtual 3D model to enable us to do a "walk through" of the house that was still just a shell, visualising his designs and allowing us to make changes so that it met our requirements. He worked hand in hand with our lighting designer to ensure his furniture incorporated her ideas. We took a risk, with quite a few pieces of furniture in storage until the rooms were ready for installation, but Jonno inspired confidence and we were exceptionally pleased with the result. We liked Jonno's ideas and suggestions, and found him a pleasure to work with.”
