“I spent hours trailing the Internet and numerous garden centres for rattan furniture also other styles, I really did my home work, it wasn't until I took the extra little journey to wickford, Essex that I felt finally confident, happy and ready to purchase. “We were looking for bedroom furniture for my son in black gloss and walnut and also a slide robe for a dressing room and found the products we liked on line. We decided to visit Sleepwell as they were the nearest stockists and we wanted to check the quality of the products. Anshu, the part-owner, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and spent in excess of an hour helping us choose our products to best fit the room sizes. We negotiated a good deal and 6 weeks later, as agreed, we received our furniture. Unfortunately, the wardrobe was slightly damaged, however, Anshu was very helpful and it was quickly replaced with no questions asked and we were told to use the product whilst we waited for delivery of the new one, which made our lives much easier. I would highly recommend this company.”

Both John and Chrissie Masters have a wealth of knowledge on not just the Art Deco period, but across the board when it comes to furniture and furnishings from a variety of design eras, and I encourage anyone looking for unique pieces or sourcing assistance to contact them directly, or head down to their beautiful premises in Westerham. There will be something there to tempt you, I am sure... Their Art Deco range is very elegant, is beautifully crafted, and very much reveals their passion for and appreciation of this era. Now, where can I fit that cocktail cabinet into my own home....?”
