“Moving to Florida out of state was stressful. We were finally able to find a house and go under contract after being outbid on many properties. As we were getting closer to the closing table, we could not find homeowners insurance because the property had a 17-year-old roof. “We first met Gold Key several years ago after a storm destroyed our roof. They showed up quickly to throw a tarp over the area to stop further damage. The next day they began installation of a new roof. The job was done quickly at a very reasonable price which was a big relief considering the emergency situation. Since then we have moved to a new house that came with a few roof leaks. After our positive experience with the old house we called Gold Key. As expected they were very responsive and did a great job fixing multiple leaks at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a new roof.”
